Description

We have a fully fenced in yard. We do have two indoor cats and one outdoor cat that stays off the property for the most part and knows to hide from dogs if needed in our garage, we have our GSD Sammy, who I can always put inside to prevent any cross play. You can use our bathroom facilities if needed and we will provide water for the pets if needed. Please note we do have a neighbor that has two huskies and a mixed breed. They are usually leashed on the lead, but they are very, very friendly and all they do is really bark when our dog is outside they never tried to hop the fence. (They usually have play dates with our dog) the only time our dogs hop the fence is if they see something in the backwoods area like a wolf or a coyote or a bear (usually late at night) any questions? Just let me know :) thanks for reading

Charlotte's Run - 6 Fenced Acres!

Fully Fenced

6 acres

Enjoy time at Charlotte's Run, affectionately called the (Foster) Puppy Farm, where many of the dogs rescued by our 501(c)3 animal welfare nonprofit, Mr. Bones & Co., rehabilitate and decompress before finding forever homes. Booking this Sniffspot helps us save lives and continue our rescue work. Enjoy the wooded trails, gentle rolling fields, swimmable pond and Catskill Mountain views. We encourage and welcome reactive dogs who need the place to themselves, and their humans who love them. Our farm is a safe place for everybody, and every dog. To learn more about our organization, see @MrBonesandCo on Instagram. The greenhouse is off-limits to our guests, so please do not enter it. Thank you in advance for respecting this rule!

Fully Fenced Yard For Pups In Kerhonkson

Fully Fenced

0.5 acres

I have a beautifully fenced yard ready for doggies to play in! It’s about .5 acre, relatively flat and I’ve got some dog toys scattered about for play time as well. Let me know via message what you’d like me to set out for you - I usually have bug spray, hand sanitizer, poop bags, and water for the doggies. Please let me know what else I can do so you enjoy your play time here! I treat the yard monthly with a highly effective cedar oil natural tick spray, so you shouldn't have to worry about bugs while you're here. :) Don't hesitate to ask for treats or anything I have listed in my amenities.

Private 15-Acre Dog Oasis – Marlboro, NY

Please pack out anything you bring in and help keep this property clean and beautiful by picking up after your dog. NOTE: THE POND HAD BEEN DRIED UP! Let your pup run, sniff, and explore on this private, perfectly mowed 15+ acre property—formerly a Christmas tree farm, now a peaceful retreat for dogs and their humans. * Over 15 acres of open grassy fields perfect for running, fetch, and zoomies * Scenic rolling hills and pine groves from the former Christmas tree farm * Private setting with no other dogs unless you choose to visit with friends * Gated entrance for added privacy and peace of mind * Plenty of room to roam, explore, and enjoy nature Please Note: The pond in the middle of the field has been removed. There is currently some bulldozing and site work taking place on the lower portion of the property, so you may encounter some mud in that area. The upper portion of the property remains open, with plenty of beautifully maintained grassy acreage for your dog to enjoy. Whether your dog loves to sprint, sniff, or simply stretch their legs, there’s still more than enough space for an unforgettable off-leash adventure. We look forward to welcoming you and your four-legged friend!
