Welcome to our private, fully fenced backyard in Ronkonkoma! Your dog will have plenty of grassy space to run, sniff, play, and explore without sharing the yard with other guests. Our yard features a 6-foot privacy fence, gated entrance, open grass, trees and some shade, plus outdoor seating where you can relax while your dog plays. This is our family backyard, so you may see children's play equipment, toys, and outdoor furniture. We have dogs of our own, but our dogs will be kept separate during your reservation. We're conveniently located near the Ronkonkoma LIRR and Ronkonkoma Hub, making this a great stop for local residents and apartment-dwelling dog owners looking for a private place to let their dog run. Your reservation = your private time in the yard. 🐕🌳 I actually think the privacy fence should be in the title if Sniffspot gives you enough characters. Something like “Private 6-Ft Fully Fenced Dog Yard – Ronkonkoma” is even stronger because 6-ft fence is a meaningful feature for owners of larger dogs or escape artists.

Yard Rules 🐾 Street parking only. Please do not park in or block the driveway. Dogs must be leashed when entering and leaving the property. Once inside the fenced yard and the gate is securely closed, they may be off leash. This is also a Sniffspot rule. Please pick up after your dog. Dispose of all waste in the designated trash can and leave the yard as you found it. No digging. Please stop your dog immediately if they begin digging or damaging the grass. The following are OFF LIMITS to guests and dogs: • Barbecue/grill • Patio heater • Fire pit • Hammock • Children's play equipment and toys • Sheds and storage areas • Landscaping, shrubs and trees (dogs can explore) • House/patio doors and any areas outside the designated Sniffspot Please do not allow dogs to chew, scratch, climb on or damage fencing, gates, furniture, landscaping, play equipment or other property. Dogs must be supervised at all times. Never leave your dog alone in the yard. Sniffspot also prohibits unattended dogs. Keep all gates securely closed and latched. Never open an exterior gate while your dog is off leash. Please stay within your reserved time. Do not enter early or remain after your reservation ends. Children must remain with an adult at all times. Children's toys and play equipment are not included as amenities and may not be used. No smoking, vaping, alcohol or open flames anywhere on the property. Please report any accidental damage immediately through Sniffspot. Please let us know if your dog pees or poops on the artificial turf so we can properly clean it.

Welcome to our private, fully fenced backyard in Ronkonkoma! We have a large grassy yard with plenty of room for your dog to run, play, sniff, and relax. The yard is surrounded by tall privacy fencing and has gated access. There are trees and some shaded areas, plus plenty of open grass for running and playing. This is our family backyard, so you may see children's play equipment, outdoor furniture, and toys. We have dogs of our own, but they will be kept separate during your reserved time. We're conveniently located near the Ronkonkoma Hub and LIRR. We hope you and your pup enjoy having the yard to yourselves! 🐾
