Indoors, you’ll find a fully equipped studio apartment with kitchenette, fridge, bathroom, A/C, WiFi, TV, and a 3-season porch. Previously a top-rated boarding space, this dog-tested "hotel themed" space is now available only on Sniffspot—perfect for hot, cold, rainy, or buggy days...or any day! Feel free to plan a dog party, meetup & bring your own food & beverages. Make yourself at home❣️

We also have one here in Rosemount, so please be mindful of that. Thank you!

Large Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Enjoy in Rosemount

Two options for parking and access to backyard. Option 1: Side street parking (closest to white gate). Please note if using this access point, if the two Bernese mountain dogs across the street are outside, they most likely will come and say hi. They are both very friendly. It is out of my control to prevent this from happening. Perhaps a good training opportunity with your dog? Or if you want to avoid this from happening, please use parking option two directly across the street from my house. And enter through the chain link gate between my house and the neighbor. The neighbor on the shared fence side does have two small dogs. And the surrounding neighbors have dogs as well. Again, it is out of my control when they will be outside. The patio furniture on the deck is available for you to use while your dog is exploring.

Please use the gate on the garage side of the house for entry, and please be sure to clip the carabiner on your way out. Water is always fresh and full with our auto-filling dog bowl! We run a dog sitting and daycare business via www.bandjpawsandstay.com so your pup may get to say "Hi!" to some friends inside the house (though we do our best to keep them away from windows). 90 minute time slot. We have an open 70 acres surrounding a private pond with a trail thru the fields and woods around nature. The time allotment is 90 minutes only. We ask that our guests park by the barn and go straight to the lake then to the left around the lake. Trails are marked. It is about a 1 mile trail or more. trails are not plowed open in the winter but are perfect for snow shoeing, hiking an fat tire bikes in the snow on the trails or perfect spring to fall on the maintained trails.
