Fully fenced acre backyard with a huge patio, chairs and table, a pavilion with couches, and lots of places for pups to play (and for humans to relax!). There is a big hill. Please note during winter (November until beginning of May) the following things are not available due to snow and freezing temps: chairs, water, and hoses ❄️

Please we vigilant and aware of falling branches if there’s heavy snow or wind! Be aware of ice during winter and take your own precautions- We do not salt walkways and the hill and/or stairs may be slippery :) This is an acre+ yard and there may be burr bushes. There have been occasional coyote sightings in our area, our fence protects our yard and is very tall, nothing gets in.

Thank you so much in advance for visiting 🩷We get a large amount of visitors and these are put in place to ensure as many people can enjoy the space as possible with minimal disturbance to our neighbors- although they might seem silly. We really appreciate it in advance! 1. Please ensure you and any visitors pull all the way forward to the tree and park directly in front of the house on the street: 2 cars only and no more than 4 people total. If you will have more cars or additional people (or want to bring more than 3 dogs) please message me to ask before visiting and we can try to accommodate 😀 2. please show respect for our space and pick up after your dogs 🐾 . Garbage can is on the walkway 😀 3. No smoking, please! This is our home, our space and our dogs space, please be respectful of it and leave it as you found it.🐾🩷 garbage is on walkway! Great spot with room to run, toys, some agility equipment, and seasonal plastic fur kid pool! Fully fenced: 1 side privacy fence, 2 sides chain link, and one side with the house and gate. Added FYIs: - Place bagged poop in the small garbage bin. 🗑️💩 - Please do not allow pups to dig or to enter the small separately fenced garden. 🌱🪏 - If you remember, it helps to throw "fetch" in lots of different directions to spread out the "wear and tear." IF something goes over the fence, do please just let us know (we will contact the neighbor)--**do not** physically step over the fence (it causes fence damage) 🏡 🤳🏻 - "Same day" bookings will probably have the bedtime and morning 💩 from my pups since I routinely only pick up after work during warm months. If you book 24+ hours in advance I can squeeze in an extra poo pickup before work. - *WINTER I pick up weekly, weather-permitting, so might NOT be a great spot for pups who eat poopsicles--you know who you are! 💩 ❄️ 🐶 🍨🍦 limited daylight and full time hospital work hours (I go to work and come home in the dark)

**Formerly Pink Pitbull Club** We used to bring our dogs here to Pink Pitbull Club, and when the opportunity to buy came along we jumped on it. We have one reactive girl who has just loved having a huge yard to play and not worry about other people and dogs, I'm sure your pups will love it as well! The front gate is remotely controlled to let guests in, and a button on the inside of the gate for whenever you need to leave. There is a doorbell camera set up for when you arrive, just ring the bell, I'll say hello and let you in :). There's an additional doorbell camera right on the inside of the gate in case you need anything during your visit. I'm happy to chat on the app for any folks that are Deaf/HOH to get in or need help. The yard is 5ft fence with a privacy screen. There are trees and shrubs for your pups to sniff and explore, as well as a wide open lawn perfect for fetch. There are parkour options and a ball pit in the back of the yard and a toy box up near the gate. For summer, we've got some water options to keep your pups cool - a kiddie pool and splash pad, as well as the hose with a mister attachment! Towels provided to dry off before you leave.
