I highly recommend it in the early mornings or late evenings with summer creeping up fast. It’s very quiet with hardly any traffic. Reservations fill up quickly but we also block out dates when we are having puppies over for sleepovers or our dogs haven’t had enough time in their yard. Beautiful 5⭐️ rated private pool/yard in West Sacramento. Equipped with a Cabo ledge for easy entrance / exit to the pool. Comes in handy for older dogs or pups new to swimming. To protect our filters please brush your dog prior to getting in. Extras are available (Humans in pool, waterfall, and TV access). *The pool is NOT heated.

**If you want a same day booking please ask first** If you’re looking for a quiet and shady space for your pup, this is it! Very well maintained yard with two lounge chairs, a hammock and a bench in the back corner. Comes with a goodie bag (some treats and poop bag) The seasonal hummingbirds and the blue jays may pay you a visit, along with one squirrel if he’s feeling up for it that day.

Need a secure, open space for your pup to run, sniff, and relax? Fully fenced 150’ x 50’ private lot (just over 7,500 sq ft) shaded by mature oak trees — the perfect natural playground for dogs of all sizes and energy levels. While the space is fully enclosed with chain-link fencing, it’s not fully private — your pup might spot Saint, our sweet and calm neighbor dog, who often sits quietly or gently engages through the fence. Most visiting dogs love his company, and some just ignore him while they explore.

There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in (we fill the pool every day, but can get the extra to have it freshly filled for your pup) Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! We now have a porta potty for guests!! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.

Private dog park in the middle of the city

Experience a one-of-a-kind private park unlike anything else in the area! Nestled in a serene natural setting, this unique rental space offers a perfect escape for gatherings, events, or simply enjoying the outdoors. (**Please Note:** Access to most of the property requires crossing a creek. If it has recently rained, water levels may prevent access to certain areas. The last photo in the listing shows the section of the property that remains accessible when the creek is too high. Also, the property requires high maintenance due to its size. My self or my worker might be one the property activity doing landscaping or setting up for an event. You can massage me beforehand to find out if you will get the whole property to yourself. You are guaranteed not to have any other dog on the property during your visit.) Goats are no longer on the property.

Country Serenity Private Dog Park In Woodland

Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. The spot is partially covered with medium bark to keep down the weeds and native grass. FYI - the spring biting gnats have appeared. Recommend using bug repellent and wearing clothing and shoes to minimize exposure. Morning times are typically better- they like heat. Given our rural location, foxtails, stickers and other nuisance weeds do exist, especially along the fence lines, as we do not use herbicides. Please come prepared for these conditions and gauge your risk tolerance for your pet. Risks may include foxtails, stickers, ticks, mosquitos, gnats, flies, uneven ground, mud. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us. Large fenced yard with wood chip mulch and many plants in the backyard, and prairie meadow restoration in front yard. Small dogs on both sides at neighbors. Plenty of chairs and places to sit, two umbrellas for shade and shade sails, two picnic tables with chairs, and a hammock for human use. Beautiful string lights for use at night light up yard very nicely, framing a fire pit. Landscaping and raised garden beds throughout back yard. Pooper scooper available for use. Big yard for your pup to run! Yard is .3 of an acre and plenty of space for your doggie to run or lay in the shade under a tree. We have some fruit trees around the property so please be mindful of that and keep an eye on your pups.
