Fully fenced 150’ x 50’ private lot (just over 7,500 sq ft) shaded by mature oak trees — the perfect natural playground for dogs of all sizes and energy levels. While the space is fully enclosed with chain-link fencing, it’s not fully private — your pup might spot Saint, our sweet and calm neighbor dog, who often sits quietly or gently engages through the fence. Most visiting dogs love his company, and some just ignore him while they explore.

Nestled in a serene natural setting, this unique rental space offers a perfect escape for gatherings, events, or simply enjoying the outdoors. (**Please Note:** Access to most of the property requires crossing a creek. If it has recently rained, water levels may prevent access to certain areas. The last photo in the listing shows the section of the property that remains accessible when the creek is too high. Also, the property requires high maintenance due to its size. My self or my worker might be one the property activity doing landscaping or setting up for an event. You can massage me beforehand to find out if you will get the whole property to yourself. I highly recommend it in the early mornings or late evenings with summer creeping up fast. It’s very quiet with hardly any traffic. Reservations fill up quickly but we also block out dates when we are having puppies over for sleepovers or our dogs haven’t had enough time in their yard.
