55Very fun! Will definitely be back with family! Pool was good temp, the volleyball / basketball court is good for family games. The grill was also cool. A restroom is provided so that was convenient.
55Great communication and planning the details entailed with entering and being there. Quick responses. Thanks!
55An absolute gem, perfect for dogs and humans alike! We hosted a small Halloween-themed birthday pool party here, and it was everything I hoped for and more. The property is spacious, fully fenced, and beautifully maintained. The private gated driveway made it easy for all five of my guests (and our eight dogs!) to park safely on-site, no street parking required (though keep an eye on your pups when you open/close gate for vehicles/humans). The backyard is where the magic happens: a sparkling, crystal-clear pool that both humans and pups enjoyed on a hot 97° day, surrounded by plenty of shaded seating with comfortable chairs, umbrellas, and picnic tables. There’s even a sand volleyball court that adds a fun, beachy vibe for dogs to run and play. The pool house with a full restroom was an unexpected luxury, something you rarely find in a Sniffspots. There were trash and recycling bins conveniently placed throughout, making setup and cleanup a breeze. Our host was fantastic: communicative, friendly, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. And the Halloween decorations? Next-level. Huge, motion-activated displays gave the whole event a delightfully spooky touch that fit our theme perfectly! Yes, it’s priced a bit higher than some other Sniffspots and in a less central area, but once you’re inside the gate, it truly feels like a private resort for dogs. Worth every penny. Highly recommend this location for any dog lover looking to host a safe, fun, and unforgettable event.
55Exceeded expectations. So nice . Great communication. Definitely could reserve again, and even for other events. I used it to get more pool time for my pup.
55Wonderful place for the dogs and humans. Plenty of room to run and explore.
55Amazing time, I wish my dogs were more active but I have huskies and it was high 90s and humid. We used his water hose to mist my dogs then just flat out spray them down. I did get one of my dogs to stand in the pool at the edge but he was scared so i didnt force him. I will 100% be booking here more times, and get him more used to the water. The yard is also pretty big and theres room to walk laps around the yards edge since my dogs were shy we just did a bunch of laps then sat at a table in the shade.
55Loved this place we hosted are doggy birthday party here , and all the dogs had a blast!!!🐕💥
55We had an absolutely wonderful time! Great space and highly recommended!

Large open space to run for the big dogs or small court yard for those tiny little babies. Swimming pool for the water lovers. Bright sunny hot spots or shady cooler spot. Plenty of spots for parents to sit and rest as well. This space has it all. Lots of agility things to do for those super active nature lovers.
