Come visit our unique, peaceful yard in the canyon located in easy-to-access central San Diego, just up the hill from Snapdragon Stadium in Mission Valley. Dogs love to run up and down the dirt slope to chase balls and expend their energy. The slope leads to our flat, lower dirt yard which is perfect for your dogs to run free and get their zoomies on! The yard is fully-fenced in and secure around the entire perimeter with plenty of tennis balls to play fetch, toys, water bowls, and a cot if they need a rest. We also have a play structure and in-ground trampoline for the kids and young-at-heart. :) You will not encounter any other dogs on the other side of the fence as the yard is adjacent to the canyon on 2 sides and senior neighbors to the right who NEVER use their yard. This is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking and private access through a side gate to our back yard. Take extra caution if your dog is not accustomed to steep terrain or has any physical limitations. 6. **Clean Up After Your Dog**: Always clean up after your dog by promptly disposing of their waste. This helps keep the space clean and hygienic for your enjoyment. 7. **Provide Adequate Water**: Ensure there is always fresh water available for your dog, especially on hot days or during physical activity. Proper hydration is essential for their health and well-being. 8. **Protect Fruits and Vegetables**: Please refrain from allowing your dog to interact with the fruit and vegetable plants in the middle of the backyard. Please apply the same rules to the compost bin. 9. **No Climbing for Owners, Dogs Allowed**: We kindly request that owners refrain from climbing the hill, but dogs are permitted if they are physically capable. Release of Liability By booking the private dog park located at 11244 Zapata Ave, San Diego, CA 92126, hereinafter referred to as "the premises," you agree to the following release of liability: 1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that use of the premises carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily using the premises with knowledge of the dangers involved. 2. Release of Liability: In consideration for being permitted to use the premises, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the owner of the premises, their agents, employees, or any other entities associated with the premises from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while using the premises. 3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the premises, their agents, employees, or any other entities associated with the premises from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney's fees, that may occur as a result of my use of the premises. 4. Health and Safety: I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my dog(s) are up to date on all vaccinations and are not exhibiting any signs of illness or aggression. Acknowledgement of Understanding: I have read this release of liability, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by booking the premises, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement. We started this Sniffspot in March 2023. We want to create a pleasant experience for you and your dogs. All funds will be going towards my dogs and their medical bills, Zsa Zsa’s bills. Any excess will be donated to a local shelter. Memberships are discounted 10% off for 4 hours and 15% off for 8 hours. If you have questions, please ask me. We are selling cold drinks for $1 each bottle/can. The $1 cold drinks are located inside the cooler. Please deposit the money in the box above the cooler or submit electronic payment per the instructions on the box. This private back yard is located in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a private entrance to the back yard so there’s no humans or dogs in sight. Fully fenced that are 6 feet high. Good for all types of dogs. Run around half an acre of back yard! There's an uphill incline for better exercise. Fresh water available for dogs at all times. There’s a small 3 tier shelf to place your belongings on. Dogs are welcome to dig. There’s rocks available for dogs who loves rocks. Agility Course (FOR DOG USE ONLY) is included in the price. Please remember to return all borrowed toys into the toy bin. Thank you. Beautiful large landscaped backyard that you and your dog will love! Breathtaking view overlooking Tecolote Canyon. We have a lot fire pit area, volleyball court, covered patio, flowers, fruit trees, hummingbirds, lizards, surrounded by nature and plenty of shade as well. We also have seating for humans, in case you want to enjoy a snack or work while you’re here — and water bowl for the pups. Happy to share this uniquely large space with more dogs and people! We recently purchased our home and I would love to share my backyard with your pups to help get the zoomies out or to just bask in the sun! Our yard provides a mixture of terrain including turf, grass, DG, mulch & rocks! Along with lots of space for play, you have the ability to add on our top deck which includes a refreshing pool & a hill the pups love to run up! Large area 1.69 acres of land, not all grassy, there are some foxtails and burs. I also allow for dogs to dig, so please watch your step. But I’m right off the 805 adjacent to Bonita. Water, poop bags, tables, chairs, shade, doggy kiddie pool, and most importantly…secure and private. Can’t wait to see you!

Hi! My husband and I have a home on a third of acre on a small quiet cul-de-sac in the hills of La Mesa. The backyard is very large and is terraced, so it’s great for exercising dogs or sniffing around (lots of great smells). There are also many fruit trees you are welcome to (orange, grapefruit, lime, lemon, and fig). We also have a pergola with 4 chairs and a fire pit. Lots of shade is provided by our pecan and jacaranda trees most of the year. The backyard ground is a mixture of brick pavers, gravel, and mulch. We have several hoses throughout the yard that you’re welcome to use as much as you want. There is an empty koi pond that can be used as a splash pool for dogs too with our hoses. We also have outdoor electrical outlets and strong WiFi if needed. It’s a hillside home so there are great views of Mt. Helix and even the ocean on clear days. It’s a wonderful quiet place to relax and enjoy the outdoors!

We are a dog daycare, training, grooming & social boarding facility. We have expanded and have an extra playroom with access to an enclosed outdoor, turfed space with a separate entrance. Mop buckets, poop bags and cleaning supplies will be provided and renters are responsible to keep space clean. Water bowls and play equipment are provided as well. Renters are responsible to monitor the dogs themselves and keep a safe space. (We do not have a public restroom) Availability to use the room is on Sat and Sun.
