2 people max per reservation. Additional guests can be added by purchasing the “Extra Guest Add-On” for each person. For directions, please take screenshots of the “photos for access” in case you lose reception in the area and in case people take off our Sniffspot logo signs. Plan to arrive 15 min before your scheduled visit to make sure you have time to find the spot, park, walk etc. We are home with our dogs so please don’t get too close to the big house to avoid our dogs from wanting to come out and play. Small house and basketball court ok to be around. Magical place for dogs and owners. The property is beautiful and interesting to explore and relax with benches throughout. Bring your own pic-nic and enjoy it in the secret garden. Or shoot some hoops in the basketball court. It’s an experience for both dog and owner. Come enjoy 3+ acres of fully fenced area! A true hidden gem with entrance from the awesome San Vincent public hike trail with access to free parking. UNEVEN TERRAIN: Entrance can be steep and there are hills in the property and uneven terrain. Terrain takes a couple of days after rain to fully dry out so wear good shoes and always watch your step. We have three dogs who will be kept indoors and out of sight during your visit. Getting into the property is an adventure of its own, just follow the signs. 2-5 min walk from parking lot. Once you are here you can explore freely and take it all in :) IMPORTANT: Public parking at entrance of trail and entrance to property is via hike trail. Every now and then you might encounter a person walking a dog there or riding a horse. Please come prepared! We do not provide bags or trash cans (so please try to take your dog’s poop with you, if you can find it) We provide water but you must get it yourself. You can find a bowl at the outdoor sink next to the green house on the west door. The water from the sink is clean well water. Please leave bowl on the same spot. Restrooms are not available. If plum trees have fruit feel free to pick some and enjoy! Fun gopher holes they can put their nose in, but please stop your dog from digging! 😅 Note for reactive dogs: We completely understand how important safety is for reactive dogs, and many guests choose our space for that reason. That said, please note that the trail to get to our property is public and not something we can control. You may run into another dog or horse on the public trail. Additionally, at the corner of the western side, there is heavy fencing and dense bushes that act as an additional barrier, but a neighboring dog might be present and bark. Our space itself is secure, fully fenced, and a safe environment. All just for you. No other animals inside the property unless you request a playdate with one of our dogs. Please don’t forget to download the photos and pay attention to the directions to know the proper address to put on your GPS. And remember you might lose reception here so copy those as well. Welcome to Scooby Doo playground an Airbnb. It’s a half acre fully fenced to bring you and your dog. It’s in the heart of Franklin Canyon Martinez California. It is countries so you do see goats pigs, I have a private screen it helps keep direct eye contact away from farm animals. Upon request, I have an obstacle course that can be put up. We are new to this so come and give us a try. All feedback is welcome.

The full lot is 0.3 acres with wildlife bordering majority of the yard - if you’re lucky, wildlife like deer & lots of squirrels + birds can be spotted! I pick up after my dogs on the weekend. Edit 1/19/25: Construction debris on/around the deck has been removed. Edit 4/17/25: Fencing along the right side (when you walk in) has been re-done! Edit 6/16/25: We have regularly scheduled landscaping which will hopefully help with foxtails. Please remember this is a yard and not a dog park. Edit 9/27/25: Please do not block any driveways including ours when finding parking. Guests are responsible for the safety of any additional visitors, including children, during their visit.

Mollie's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Petaluma

We have a small farm on the west side of Petaluma. We offer a large, fully fenced, paddock at the front of our property for Sniffspot. We often have other dogs on the property as we run a dog daycare/boarding business but we will secure all other animals in another paddock at the back of our property when we have visitors. It is possible that other dogs will be visible for short periods of time during the visit. Our main gate code is on the keypad when you pull up. Please park to the left near the blue Toyota pickup when you drive in (there is a sign). The best gate to enter the SniffSpot is towards the main gate entrance (near the wood fence).

Welcome to The Arena! The white fence is secure and reinforced I welded wire fence. It's packed dirt, but gets muddy when it rains - lots of nice open running space and lots of big sky We have an old picnic bench for you and running water for the pups to drink Parking is easy too * 

Poolside Lounge & Play for Pups & Their People

Lounge beside the pool while your pups play and sniff to their heart's content. Read your book in the egg swing or drink your beverage stretched out on a chase lounge. You and your pups are all welcome to use the pool but be forewarned, it is not heated and very chilly until August. Some dogs can't resist a pool. Please encourage them to do so with your careful supervision. Call dogs out of the pool at any sign of cold or distress, including shivering, coughing, or submerging. There is no bathroom available for humans. Dogs can use the yard, of course. Please clean up after them with bags provided, and dispose of all waste in the gray tote outside the gate. Bring towels, a chucker, your picnic lunch, and have fun!

This is a private, undeveloped, forested spot. If you are interested in this spot, you and your dog should be up for a mini adventure. This spot is not a manicured, backyard park. It is wild and beautiful, and a rare find in this area. THERE IS NO TRASH SERVICE AT THIS FOREST LOCATION. PACK EVERYTHING OUT WITH YOU, INCLUDING DOG POOP BAGGIES. The trail starts at the west (downhill) end of the parking spot, and winds downhill to the creek (there are a couple of switchbacks). The trail from the parking area to the creek is less than 5 minutes long. At the bottom of the trail, is a deck. Beyond the deck is a year-round creek with a swimming hole. There are fish, frogs, newts, and crawdads. All wildlife is protected, so please don't catch or remove them. You may walk up and down along the creek exploring, as long as you turn around before the bend that is downstream. The trail that leads downhill to the creek is intermediate, not for beginners or flip-flops. There should be no poison oak or ticks on the trail, but if you venture off the trail, you may encounter poison oak or ticks. There are blackberry bushes to the sides of the trail that resemble poison oak. There should be no foxtails. You may see wild animals. As a wild spot, you may encounter typical hazards that are present in most local forest trails, such as wildlife, water, and trip-and-fall hazards. This is a private spot, and there should be no other people or dogs during your booking. If you see someone during your booking, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can take steps to prevent them from trespassing again. There is no lighting at this spot, so if you book before sunrise or after sunset, please bring a headlamp or flashlight. Maximum 2 people per dog. There is no trash collection service at this location, so please pack out any trash. Thank you!

2/3 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Agility field

Our Sniffspot is located on a quiet dead end in the back of Montara, CA. It is fully fenced. It contains 2 fields, a lower and upper, both suitable for use. I will have agility courses set up a portion of the time. Please do not move equipment if there is a numbered course set up. You are free to use tunnels and jumps, but please be careful on the contact obstacles if they are set up. Please watch your dogs and do not allow them to mark the obstacles, tunnels, jumps or weave poles. If they do, can you kindly rinse with the watering can. Do not place any human items or treats on the dog walk. Do not rest or lean on the dog walk. It is an expensive piece of equipment, not a table. Note: there are chickens and horses next door at times, please do not allow your dogs to bark or charge the fence at them. Also, do not let your dogs repeatedly run up to the horses if they are near the fence, and potentially scare them. They are not as visible from the lower field. I have an older dog that sometimes barks from inside the house but she is not visible. Thanks for exploring our Sniffspot!
