Hazards

HOST NOTE

Snakes (bull snakes, red racers have been identified so far). Prairie dog holes. You will come across some scattered horse poop! We turn our horses out a few days a week in the Sniff Spot area. We don't dump it out there, but the horses do leave presents when they are wandering around. They are routinely dewormed and vaccinated so parasites aren't an issue.

2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Tijeras

Fully Fenced

2 acres

2 gorgeous acres of fenced yard you can let your pups run in. **Please note that this fence is only about 3’ high so no escape artists or jumpers as we are in mountains and near a road so don’t want to ever risk a pup’s life*** We also do have a much smaller horse pen that’s not in use that does have a 4’ fence. Our house is in middle of property and we have dogs - but we will leave them and us in with blinds closed so you won’t be bothered. 🙂

We have an acre of fenced area that your dog is able to freely roam. Lots of trees, squirrels rabbits and occasionally deer. We also have another 1/2 acre that isn't fenced but you may walk along the gravel path with your dog on a leash. Great exercise for the human and their companions.

It's my front yard. The bush in the front provides privacy from the street. The fence is 33" high. My Great Dane German Shepherd can put her paws on top of it But has to really be in a good position to try to jump it.
