(*This extra does not include toy cleanup and otherwise leaving the spot as you found it. 🌴“Lola’s Luxury Pup Paradise Resort” is Seattle's premier, private, luxury, outdoor, dog park that is specifically designed for discerning and selective doggy parents and trainers who value the ability to meaningfully engage, train, bond and connect with their pups in a highly controlled, luxury, outdoor-oasis environment that is unconditionally safe, pristinely clean, immaculately maintained, FUN, comfortable, and FREE of poop, mud, underbrush, and distractions with 100% line of sight to their pups at all times. As such, to continue to maintain this impeccable level of standard for our discerning guests, we have just a few basic protocols in place for our first time guests, returning guests, and monthly members. —————— FIRST TIME GUESTS: 🤝 1 - In Person Meet & Greet We meet all of our first time guests in-person upon their arrival for a quick tour of the facilities and features to make sure everyone is fully informed and empowered to have a great time and successful visit together. If your pup(s) are highly reactive to humans, we can do the tour over phone / video chat when you arrive onsite for your first visit. NOTE: After your first visit, we will default to the traditional Sniffspot guidelines of non-interaction during your future visits. 📲 2 - Communicate in the messenger Guests who are non-responsive on the Sniffspot messenger prior to their first visit will have their reservation canceled. —————— ALL GUESTS: 💩 1 - Pick up Poop Yes, this is part of Sniffspots basic tenants, but some guests miss this, and some parks don’t make it easy for guests to fulfill this requirement. At Lola’s, we provide everything you need to clean up after your pup. Bags, Pooper Scooper, and giant trash bin. Because Lola’s provides a “Poop Free Guarantee” for all of our guests, we take this rule very seriously. Those guests who fail to pick up after their pup will not be allowed to return to the park. 💯 2 - Return park to “guest ready” condition While we have no problem with you moving and using any of the provided amenities and equipment to suit your visit - Please remember that all toys, chairs, obstacles, furniture, etc must be returned to its original placement before exiting the park in order to leave the park reset to its original condition and ready for the next guest. Leave it the way you found it, and you should have found it clean and organized. 🚫⛏️🦴3 - No Digging Until popular demand calls for it, we do not have a digging section in our doggy park as digging is in direct contrast with our goal of providing a mud free environment of thick, lush, healthy grass for our guests pups to train, play, and relax on. Please watch and direct your pups during your visit and do not allow them to dig anywhere in the dog park. If this is a feature you would like added, please let us know and we are not opposed to installing a proper digging box area for our community. 🚫🐕 3 - No jumping on / against fence Our fencing is 100% lined with canvas privacy blocker along a chain link fence which can be punctured by puppy claws. Dogs sniffing, going potty on the fence / privacy blocker is okay. However, doggys jumping, lunging, biting, digging or clawing at the fence / privacy blocker is NOT okay. Please watch and direct your pups during your visit and do not allow them to jump or lunge on or against the fence. 🚫⛏️4 - No damaging mulch beds Our facility is lined with mulch beds that are filled with beauty bark laid on top of outdoor landscaping fabric to block the growth of weeds. Dogs walking, sniffing, going potty in the beauty bark / mulch beds is okay. Dogs tearing up the mulch beds with aggressive running or lunging is NOT okay. Please watch and direct your pups during your visit and do not allow them to tear up the mulch beds or shred it’s underlying landscaping fabric. 🐕 = 💁♂️💁♀️ 5 - Maximum ratio of 2 humans per 1 dog If you are looking to host an event for humans at our facility, we can talk about making that happen for you! However, human based parties & events are not bookable with us through the Sniffspot app. Shoot us a message and we’ll chat about your event. 👌 🚫💧🤹♀️6 - Do not attempt to fill the “sniff & seek” ball pit kiddie pool with water. Upon your arrival, you will find a “Sniff and Seek” ball pit game that’s contained inside of a kiddie pool. This kiddie pool is not intended as a water feature and actually has water drainage holes drilled in its floor. If you would like to request a kiddie pool or splash pad water feature, we provide those upon advanced request only by way of adding the feature to your reservation through the “extras” tab on the Sniffspot app. (You can add extras to your reservation anytime in the app after your initial booking, prior to your arrival, but we may not be able to accommodate last minute requests so please provide us as much advanced notice as possible and, in any casey, we will do our best to accommodate!) 🚫🔥🏊7 - No Doggy’s on Hot Tub Our inflatable hot tub for humans is merely air-filled plastic vinyl and so is it’s cover. Since the hot tub is always covered during your visits, it can look like a good platform to jump on to the eyes of certain pups. It’s not. Please watch and direct your pups and do not let them jump onto, against, or inside the hot tub 🚫🪄8 - Do not use flirt pole as a tug-of-war toy Upon arrival you will find a “Flirt Pole Stick” among the toys. This is an advanced obedience training tool that looks like a cat toy. It is NOT a tug toy and is not designed to be. Playing tug of war with your pup WILL break the flirt pole and snap the rope. If your pup likes to tug, we have a permanently installed, hands free, tree tugger toy and also several heavy duty “hands-on” tug ropes that you can use to play tug-of-war with your pup

My partner Brandy and I built our luxury pup paradise 🌴🏖️😎 for our 2 standard poodles 🐩 🐩 “Lola” and “Gallifrey” after spending their first few years in downtown, high rise, apartment living. 🏢 We specifically designed it to be as perfect as possible for reactive dogs because our “Lola” is a rescue dog we saved from the Korean meat market who is reactive to sights, sounds, people and pets. Our goal was to create an environment where she could safely grow her confidence, strength, agility and abilities and have a blast doing it! Now, we love being able to share our backyard paradise oasis with others to enjoy and reap the benefits of. 😎🌴🏖️

Enjoy an enchanting Pacific Northwest rainforest adventure at Wonderlane World Famous Sniffspot for Dogs and Their Best Friends - Bring your friends and their dogs too! Unleash your dogs and frolic with your beloved friends in the lush embrace of our hilly Pacific Northwest natural rainforest. Wonderlane invites you and your best pals to explore 67 years of history across 2 acres of established trails, over 9 terraces, under towering old-growth trees, listening to the gentle murmur of a clear creek, accessible by your choice of 2 gates. For security we require the Entrance Gate to be closed behind you. From the parking area choose your path— the left or right trailhead gates —and meander down Flying Horse Lane or Tail Waggin' Lane to The Landing Pad, where trails weave into playful circles perfect for a game of ‘Hide and Go Seek’ or a chase! At the forest edge, Madhatter Lane invites you to a serene creek, a secret haven at our fully fenced sanctuary. For environmental reasons, the creek area is not fenced, therefore bring a leash for your dog(s) when going into that area. Our hilly forested land, a tapestry of guardrails, fences, gates, natural barriers, rolling trails, springs and creeks, sometimes steep, sometimes flat, is a haven for play. There is a 100-foot-long Stick Library! These trails, originally created for horses, have been lovingly reclaimed from invasive brush and dead trees, now fun for paws and feet alike. We’ve ensured the future of this tranquil forest by planting more than 600 local tree saplings. The canopy of Hemlock, Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, Yew, BigLeaf Maple, and Alder, filled out as soon as there was more light. These trails whisper stories of the past. In the spring flowering bushes bloom from March through early June, in the summer lush frilly leaves decorate every breeze with greenery in motion, and in the fall in October the leaves magically turn yellow, orange, red, brown, and purple. Wonderlane is more than a place; it’s an experience—a Sniffspot designed with your dog’s joy in mind. While they dash through wood chips and Pacific Northwest duff, under ferns, and around bends, you’ll enjoy the views of a 20-acre forested wetland, a living vista of nature, and plenty of chairs to sit in. This forest is alive with the songs of songbirds - sparrows, finches, thrushes, grosbeaks, and a host of other birds, such as majestic American Bald Eagles are seen here. Walk, run, or pause on our soft wide well-drained sand or woodchip paths and let the forest’s secrets reveal themselves uniquely to you. We’ve spent more than six years crafting this haven, just a mile from the South Sound, for you and your friends to run, walk, sit, and revel in the company of your pups. And when the day’s adventures are done, two Starbucks await to refresh you, 3 minutes and 5 minutes away - remember puppercinos/pup cups are free. Join our community on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61556216197208 or Bluesky https://bsky.app/profile/wonderlane.bsky.social or by searching for “Wonderlane World Famous Sniffspot,” or ask a warm and friendly nearby AI to direct your browser to us, to see tails of joy. Wonderlane walks in the woods where nature’s heart beats, inviting you to breathe in the peaceful air, one paw print at a time! If your dog ever hesitates to leave, a ring of the Magic Chuck Waggin’ Triangle will bring them running back. Reminder in summer, or if visiting around twilight bring repellent or wear it when you drop into the forest, and if you choose, onto the creek area. This Spot is best for physically fit individuals, but although we are disabled we enjoy it whenever there's time. If you need assistance or more info, please contact us directly. Keeping Wonderlane pristine is a collective effort, and we value your help in maintaining the beauty of our shared space! We can't do this without your help. Please use the usual household garbage bin marked 'Garbage' at the driveway entrance for disposal of poo bags. Please close water hydrants completely. Press the hydrant water handle all the way down into the completely closed position after use. If the water is not pressed completely closed, water continues to leak out the bottom of the hydrant unseen. Please close each gate. Dogs must be leashed going to and coming from the parking area, and may be unleashed when entering the dog park. We rely upon guests to contact us and tell us immediately if they need anything. To be fully fenced please roll shut the main gate after you park. There are also 2 sets of gates at the top of each trail to the Sniffspot. The forest area is fully fenced, some doubled. There are 2 gates that lead to the creek so you can control access. Please roll the Entrance gate into the open and securely hooked position when you leave, thank you! Enjoy the forest’s magic at Wonderlane. Join us at Bluesky https://bsky.app/profile/wonderlane.bsky.social or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61556216197208 --------------------------------------- Thank you to the many regulars, Sniffpass holders, and new guests who clean up after their dogs so very well! Proud of our community! Thank you for closing hydrants all the way so they do not leak out the bottom and cost us all money! It's a Dog's World! Room to Run and Have Fun!
** SAFETY - when you LEAVE the yard after your visit, please pull the gate handle hard enough so that you can hear it latch all the way shut; you should feel it click and if you push on it again it should not pop back open. A couple of times lately the gate has been wide open because it was not fully latched, and it opened back up. THANK YOU!! I appreciate it - I always look first before letting "my" dogs out, but it is still risky to have the gate open. 🐶🦴 ** PLEASE continue to leave a REVIEW every time you visit (even just stars!) and also please add a photo if you want to- the reviews help a lot, and I LOVE seeing the photos of all the cute dogs enjoying the yard!! That's what it's all about! 🐾 *** Rainy season has commenced - UGH. There WILL BE mud - your dog WILL get muddy. There are towels and a "Mud Buster" that you can use for their paws. For the humans, wear boots or shoes you don't mind getting dirty. I have quite a big yard for this area. It is fully enclosed by a 6' wooden fence. Between the yard and the patio, the total area is roughly 3200 sq feet. I have a rockery that dogs love to run up and down, juniper bushes, a large covered and uncovered patio area, a kiddie pool in the hot weather, 2 water bowls (and a hose for replenishing the water/pool if needed), lots of tennis balls and toys, and a large perimeter to sniff! There is a bench, small table, and some Adirondack chairs in the backyard (and more chairs and a larger table up on the patio) for the humans... feel free to move them around as you wish! There is plenty of space to throw balls and toys; if you have mobility issues and cannot go down into the backyard, you can stay up on the patio and have your dog bring the ball back to you. (There are flat stone steps that lead down into the yard.) Most dogs love to run up & down the rockery! Your dog(s) should be very tired and happy by the end of the Sniff! Thanks, and enjoy the time with your dog(s)!!
