Description

West Seattle, fully fenced yard on a two-tiered slight hill for lots of running space and exercise. Some Sound and Mountain Views depending on where you are in the yard. There are some shade trees, and access to water for dogs; a shade umbrella and seating for humans. Guest WiFi details are available on-site, or message for details. A few gaps of up 4 inches between fence and ground on west side of yard. It's mostly covered by bushes; but if you have a very small dog it could possibly find a way under the gap. Hazards

Some rose bushes and other trees along west fence need pruning and are hanging in the path; but I like the flowers. Balls tend to roll down into bushes. Avoid tossing balls on that side to avoid losing expensive toys. There are usually toys onsite.
