We have a large chain link fence along the front of the property to separate us from the highway. It runs along the front of the property, but if a dog were determined to get around it they would be able to go into the treeline and do so.

Our trails border the Agassiz Provincial Forrest, so we do have wildlife including prairie chickens, skunks, raccoons, deer, bears, otters, and more. We have only ever seen prairie chickens and deer when walking the trails as wildlife avoids our traffic, but our trail cameras tell us they're out there!

Large cottonwood trees and a deck for the owner to sit in with patio chairs. Fully landscaped once summer comes. But ok for dogs to run free while the snow protects all my perennials. In the south end of the city and right off St. Mary’s Rd. Heated pail so dogs have fresh water while they run and enjoy themselves. Not a really tall fence but it prevents my Great Dane from leaving the yard. Back yard faces a dead end back lane. So very little traffic and very slow speed as the road is not paved back there.
