Welcome to our private 10-acre dog paradise located between Winnipeg and Steinbach! This peaceful rural spot includes a large open field, wooded trails, and a pond with a dock for dogs who love to swim and jump. The property features mowed walking paths through both the field and bush, giving dogs plenty of space to explore, sniff, run, and play off leash. Whether your pup enjoys swimming, trail adventures, or just safely burning energy in a quiet space, this spot was made for them. Perfect for reactive dogs, high-energy dogs, or owners looking to avoid busy public dog parks. Amenities include: • 10 private acres • Open field for running • Bush trails with maintained paths • Pond access with dock • Off-leash friendly • Quiet rural setting • Private parking area We look forward to sharing our space with you and your dogs! *** NOTE: the pond is currently totally dry. There is no water for swimming.
