There is an area in the fence which appears to have been down for sometime, if my dog had a more dependable recall it would not have been an issue, it’s a nice location with not observed animals of persons in sight or hears.
Host replied: Thanks for letting me know- sorry I was out of town for the last three weeks ( which we had spoke about prior to your visit) otherwise I would have checked it out- glad you enjoyed it otherwise

This was only my second time using sniff spot first time the host’s neighbors dogs attacked my dog. This time Candence assured me that there were no other dogs When we arrived we couldn’t find the gate to get in the pasture . The gate we did see was covered in weeds up to my hips or higher so it would have been impossible to open . I was unclear of what was their property or the neighbors. On this experience there was a husky dog that was not in a fence . It was the neighbors dog . Thank goodness I was able to get my dog in the car before anything happened. I did contact the owner and she said she didn’t know they had a dog however their properties are close and side by side . She apologized and said she would go talk to them . She said she thinks maybe they were renters renting a camper on the property. Regardless this could have been a disaster. So I’m 2 for 2 . Sniff spot please do better .
Host replied: I sent you a picture of the chair that had a water bowl next to it, I apologize you weren’t able to see that gate in the picture. However I wish you would have come to our front porch were we were watching football at, since you said you saw us when you pulled in.
