55I always loved this spot and I’m sad to see it go. Thank you for the memories for me and my dog and sharing this place with us.
55Awesome!
55This place was amazing! We didn’t come near using all 11 acres and still had amazing time. There were some little trails around the pond and the dogs loved running through all the fields
55 Always a wonderful time!
55Great mix of wooded trails and open fields for the dogs to explore. The pond was an added bonus for them to wear themselves out!
55Amazing
55We love going here! It's the first time we've been in awhile because we joined a local dog sports club and haven't needed to go as much, but it's one of the best spots around austin
55It’s been a while since I had brought my pup here, but it was great as always and there’s been lots of changes in the pond area.
55This is the best sniff spot we’ve been to! Our dog raced and raced and RAN and had so much fun. I loved that there was both the open field and the wooded part with a trail. It was also way to keep him out of the water because there was an embankment going down to it so if you don’t want a wet dog just know it won’t be an issue if your dog is recall trained and stays within sight. I highly recommend this spot and I will be back, but I do recommend reading the directions at least twice since it was a tad tricky to find.
55Amazing!

Description

OSCAR’s ACRES WILL NO LONGER BE A SNIFFSPOT AS OF APRIL 1ST. We are going to start working on our long held dream of building a home there. Thank you all for your support and giving me the joy of knowing I’ve provided romping space for lots of happy dogs. This is my dogs' happy place, named after my favorite dog Oscar. So much to smell, space to run, meander through the woods. Kick back in the chairs by the A-frame and relax while the dogs wear themselves out. Alcoholic beverages not allowed on site.

Cleanliness

99% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Hazards

Wear boots and long pants if possible. You don't know what kind of critters you will run across and the terrain is uneven in places. We are slowly trying to clear out all the barbed wire along the fence line and a cluster of debris in the woods.

I live in Smithville, in town, and LOVE it. But when life fills up too much, Oscar's Acres is my "safe zone". Anytime I take my dogs to run around there, I feel my blood pressure drop. Such a perfect place for a morning cup of coffee while the dogs roam.
