Description

This little slice of heaven is a total of 12 acres, to include a small lake. Once you enter the property, your pup/s can enjoy spacious flat areas with short grass bordered by tall landscaping. Head to the woods for a beautiful nature walk on natural paths. You may see some wildlife such as deer, turkey, ducks, groundhogs.... even beavers in the lake. We have a spigot, hose & even towels available if your furr baby ventures into the water. Patio table and chairs available in the front yard. We will always have a bowl of water for your baby! If you need to book during a blocked time (to meet your schedule), just send a message and we will work with you. :)

Welcome to our Puppy Paradise! We hope that it is a wonderful nature experience! We like to meet our first-time guests if you are utilizing the woods and to show you our general property line since it is unfenced. This is a "country" and wooded area so please be aware that you and your furr baby(ies) are walking, running, and playing as we want you to remain safe and happy! :) If you are a first-time guest and adjust the time of your reservation within 24 hours of the booking, we may be unable to greet you as we plan our schedule around the initial booking.

We are animal lovers who believe it is important to have space for dogs to run, roam, play as often as possible. We want to share our beautiful piece of heaven with your pup/s! Here they can enjoy flat/short grassy areas, hike thru natural paths in the woods, splash in the small lake/pond to their heart's desire!

the yard is unfenced there is a public trail next door that leads to many ponds and a stream. Dogs can swim in the streams as there are many pockets. there is a field next door but it is not owned. plenty of space to run around. Dog toys included. there is a small man made pond with a water feature that allows small dogs to swim. I do have ducks but i will make sure to have put away in their coop. they will not be visible. please make sure to leave them alone and do not tamper with their coop!

We have almost 16 acres, just 1 mile from Canonsburg & McMurray. We have 3 separate pastures fenced in. One is where we plant our gardens, one is large & fenced in (but not escape proof), and one is about 1/2 acre. This smaller one is secure (unless your dog is very small or will dig under a fence) If you want your dog to be off leash we will ask you to use the 1/2 acre back pasture which has cattle fencing (you will access using a secure gate). If you keep your dog on the leash you’re welcome to walk him or her anywhere in our other pastures or in our woods. Before you let your dog off the leash, please inspect my fencing to be sure your dog will not be able to get out. Two chairs and a table are provided for comfort. A first aid kit, poop bags and a trash can are available. Water bowls (filled with clean water) and dog toys/balls will be available and will be sanitized after every use.
