Description

Hey there! My name is Olivia. I’m an avid dog lover and believe every dog deserves a safe and secure space to explore and have fun. That's why I'm thrilled to share my yard on Sniffspot! My yard is a haven for dogs of all shapes and sizes. It's securely fenced, ensuring their safety while they enjoy some off-leash freedom. By sharing my yard on Sniffspot, I hope to provide a secure space where dogs can burn off their energy, explore new scents, and most importantly - play! *We are happy to offer a kiddie pool at no extra charge to our guests: we require advance notice if you would like to utilize the pool as it is not kept routinely full of water and to avoid unnecessary costs. Please indicate after booking if you would like your dog to be able to use the pool. Please be advised our property does have an existing security system that allows us to monitor and record the property. This is for liability purposes and we will never share video, photo, or your information.

Olivia was very responsive and left a sign where we could park with directions to the back yard. Very welcoming! There were clean water bowls and some treats. We did bring our own toys but there were a ton of great options provided, as well as poo bags and a can to dispose of them. The yard was very clean and we felt safe while playing. Will definitely visit again 👍

We had the best time celebrating Tahoe’s birthday with Gemma at Olivia’s house! There was a lot to smell and plenty of space to run. They even left out balloons and birthday snacks for the dogs, as well as a card 😍 10/10 will return!

Host replied: Thank you so much for your paw-sitive review! We hope Tahoe had a great birthday with Gemma! Can't wait to have yall back! 🐾

    As always, great visit 🩶🐾

  • Andrew C., Nov 12, 2023

Obie had a great time! He is a little escape artist but there were no gaps in the fence for him to get through, so we felt perfectly safe letting him run off leash. Fresh water, treats, and toys were available. We'd definitely book this spot again.

Host replied: Thank you so much for your pawsitive review! We're glad Obie had a great time and we look forward to having you again! 🐾

Awesome spot with water and treats! My dog loved the toy basket! Will definitely be back soon!

Host replied: Thank you so much Nina! 🐾

The yard was clean and had some toys and treats in an area that was covered with a couple of chairs in case of sun. Our goal was to play fetch with our dogs and they really took to it.

Such a gem! This place is a perfect spot. I need a fenced in backyard for my beagle and this place was so cozy ! They set up chairs with pillows under a tent in case it rains, which is amazing, and plenty of water and toys for the dogs. This is my new favorite spot for doggy play dates!

Host replied: Ashley, Thank you so much for your paw-sitive feedback! We're so glad you and the pups were able to enjoy the space. Can't wait to have you back! 🐾

  • Rachel S., Oct 16, 2023

Great fenced yard for our pups to play!

Join our Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/goldendogplayground.** Announcing the Golden Dog Playground set on over 5 acres of land in Barrington, NH, with just over 1 acre of the space fenced in. We believe dogs are family so we have worked hard to create a customized experience for your human and furry family that you will remember forever. We offer two separate fenced-in areas that connect. Are you looking to expose/introduce two dogs to each other in a safe and welcoming environment where you can monitor their body language and temperament? If yes, then our space is perfect. Each dog can have their own fenced-in area to play and observe or open the gate and connect the two spaces for your dogs to explore all that we have to offer. Included with other amenities, we offer confidence building equipment, a digging station, stretching station, pools for water (seasonal) and sensory play, enrichment toys, natural fitness stations and more! Have a special request or need? Let us know. We are happy to accommodate if we are able! Clean water bowls are also offered as well as a sink to easily refill and wash your hands or a toy as needed (seasonal). When done playing with the toys, simply leave them in the bucket provided for cleaning and sanitation for the next furry friend. On the back side of the house is a hose and sprayer as well as dry towels inside the bench (seasonal). Feel free to dry your dog off after splashing in the pool and wipe their feet before they hop back in your car. Simply leave the used towel on the bench and we will pick up. Waste pick up is simple and easy with the pooper scoopers and rakes we offer for disposing in our Doggie Dooley Septic Systems (seasonal). We can't wait to welcome you to our Golden Dog Playground - an oasis set among the woods with distance from the road and neighbors.

PLEASE READ THIS AND ALL INFORMATION FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE: Located on a private 244-acre farm, this fully fenced 1/4th acre spot allows your dog to get their zoomies out! Located around 150 feet from our home, this spot is private enough for most reactive dogs and gives you a sense of privacy. I have a web page that will contain updated information that is easy to navigate. https://forpetsllc.com/sniffspot-1 Your dog will enjoy the dog playground with tires for climbing, agility equipment, a ball pit, a wading pool (in warmer weather- taken down October 1st), a tug pole, jolly balls, and other toys. There are groups of rocks, where the grass has been left long, for both the sending and receiving of doggy peemail. There are two chairs for the humans and plans are in the works for shade. Next, snap on your dog's leash and take a walk on Sniffari Way; a mowed path around the border of our 11 acres of hay fields. This relaxing walk provides a sensory Nirvana for your dog, while allowing you to get in a little activity for yourself. You can choose to walk the whole route, which goes by the house, or take the shortcut back to the parking area. We are a working farm and ask that you please let us know if your dog is human-reactive before booking, so we can suggest the best times to visit. The fire hydrant is for poop and small trash. Step on the round pedal to open (no need to use your hands). Finally, if you see an issue- PLEASE message me to address it. We look forward to seeing all of the pictures of your adventures here!

Loony's Rainy-Day Get-Away Sniff-SPoT!

I made this Sniff Spot realizing the demand for an indoor space for dogs to play on rainy days and the long winter months! The space is in our indoor basement and personally with my own dog I always take her down there to play when the weather is poor, rainy, cold, or later in the evening when it gets too dark outside but the pup still wants to play~! Seeing how much my own dog Soluna, aka "Loony" enjoys it, Im now opening up "Loony's Rainy Day Getaway" to other local pups who need a warm, dry and cozy place to play. This is a GREAT spot for the upcoming long winter months! The space is a good size basement, (unfinished but heated and well insulated) We keep a handful of our own dog toys down there to share and pup-parents are free to also bring their own carry in and carry out. There are chairs for people to sit and watch their pups play There is also a water line that can be used to fill water bowls. *This is an indoor park so please potty your dogs outside before coming in. There is also pretty easy access back up to outside if they need to go in the middle of playing you can bring them back out to relieve themselves and then return. *Dogs with aggression/reactivity may book Loony's Sniff-Spot to play separately on their own for a dry place to run around with toys and their human, etc but please let me know so we dont book multiple dogs at that time and so I can keep my own dog away as well* *We do still use our basement area for storage in some areas so we ask that you and your dogs respect the storage items on shelves etc. Do not touch and call your dog away if THEY go to touch. (For their own safety as well)
