This mostly fenced yard provides a mix of lush grass/weeds and open field, perfect for sniffing, running, and off‑leash enrichment. The shoreline access offers lakefront views and water access for supervised splashing—but to help preserve the landscape, please avoid letting dogs play in the creek or pond areas, preventing rocks from shifting. The enclosure is solid and shady in spots, with wide‑open terrain that gives dogs the space they crave in a safe and natural setting. It’s an ideal retreat for dog owners seeking tranquility, exercise, and quality time lakeside.

There is a pond that is occasionally filled with water. We have access to a hose for water. There is a road in the middle of the property connecting a business and our home with very occasional vehicles. Lots of space for you to avoid the road as well as like 30 acres in the back where you can be uninterrupted. Great views of knutsford. Can be quite windy at times but is nice on hot summer days. This is private property and you will be guaranteed not to run into other dogs and people.
