Gate was a little sticky to open and close but we made it through Nice yard, our dog decided to adventure in all the tricky obstacle areas so it was a little frustrating to keep him near the grass, but that’s on him 😉. 55This was the first sniff spot I have gone to, and it was great!! The back yard was huge, and there were a great variety of toys provided for Rudy to play with. I was even provided a snack and drink to have while Rudy played, and a chair to sit in. Rudy also had plenty of water to drink that was also provided. Rudy is only a year and a half old and sometimes doesn’t understand when it’s time to go, The resident was wry understanding about going a little over our time we were supposed to be there. 55This yard is HUGE for Ballard! Thanks for sharing this space, it's perfect for fetch, and the furniture is great to just take a break with your dog. There is a fence on the far end that looks onto the sidewalk. Not a problem for my dog but good to know for others.
