Hi I am Cindy McElrea owner of Canine Capers. This is a premium space where you can bring your dog for organized play or training. As a retired RN and a lifelong lover of animals, I have owned and managed an equine training/ lesson and boarding facility in Ontario for thirty years. Over the years I have owned and often rescued multiple dogs… most often working breeds, German Shepherd, Border Collie, Aussie, Rottweiler and mixes of the above. I have participated in obedience training multiple times with many dogs and different instructional approaches. Currently I have two sisters who are 3 yrs old, German Shepherd/Bernese Mountain Dog crosses, a rescued 13 year old male Golden Retriever, a 17 month old rescued male German Shepherd and an 8 month old Aussie. All are spayed or neutered except the Aussie who will be in due time. These dogs and our horses will be kept separate from visitors. I will interact with you while also giving you privacy as desired to enjoy your canine friends.

On low tide, our shore surprises us with some sand, as well. With more trees than you can shake a stick at, we also have running streams throughout the property headed to our shore, depending on the season. A couple run out to the shoreline as waterfalls. We are constantly working on clearing more trails for your ongoing enjoyment.
