Note, the front gate has clearance on the bottom that a small dog *could* wiggle under (medium to large dogs should be fine, my 50 lb dog can't get under it), be sure to assess if your dog is a squiggly wiggler they could sneak under that gap. No toxic or poisonous treatment is used on the lawn;

Water bowl on the deck may or may not have fresh water, feel free to use it per discretion. Scoop and rake are by the back gate. Close driveway gate when dogs are running (lock is self explanatory), leave it open when exiting the property.
