Description

Well manicured and safe backyard for furbabies to enjoy being outside and to play. We have a 4 dog max per reservation due to the clean up process between visits. If you’re interested in going a dog party with more dogs, please reach out to me beforehand. An extra hour of booking will be required to allow for clean up time. The pool is 3.5-5ft deep as well as an in-pool hot tub. If you are interested in the hot tub being heated, please select that in the ‘Extra’ options. Two humans included with dog reservation. Please consider our location rules: 1. Dogs may NEVER be left alone on the property, if you need to grab something from your car and I’m available, I’m happy to keep an eye on them for a couple minutes. 2. Please leave the property as you found it- skim dog hair from pool surface, waste picked up and put in back trash can, toys and water bowls back to their areas. 3. No digging in yard or flower beds. 4. Trash picked up and put in can. 5. Dogs must be leashed until they are in the backyard and then leashed as you take them out to your car- our neighbors all have lots of dogs- leash to protect yours and their furbabies! 6. Please keep the dogs off the fabric furniture, we are seeing frequent tearing. If you’re able to bring some extra towels or a blanket to cover the furniture to help with potential damages, I’m okay with them on there in that case. If any damage happens during your visit- PLEASE let me know immediately so I can fix it before the next guests arrive. THANK YOU for helping me keep the property nice and clean for all to enjoy!

He will be inside but his heart will be happy knowing friends are enjoying his backyard oasis. There is 200+ year old oak tree that provides lots of shade throughout the day. I also have a fully shaded gazebo for pup parents to stay cool!! Have peace of mind knowing your pup is safe from sun, heat, other animals, cars, etc. in my fully fenced backyard. There is a hose available so feel free to use it! It is completely fenced in with a 5' PVC privacy fence. No chance for escape from this yard! I have a small table and chairs for pet owners as well and an umbrella for shade. Self-service hose with sprayer and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property.
