Come let your pups explore off-leash roaming in Northwest Yonkers, just down the road from Hudson River Museum & Untermyer Gardens. Plenty of space to sniff, run, and maybe even chase some squirrels! Patio furniture, hammock during warm months & wi-fi for pet parents to lounge while your dog(s) get tired. The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired shade or sunny spot and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Summertime brings water features! Doggie pool and splash pad will be available. Please turn off the water when done. Some towels will be available but please bring extras for the car ride home. Playdates and parties welcome! Give your pup a cool break at our 4 acre partially fenced private dog park over 100 meters from the street with water, grass, woods and more! Human friends can take a break in the shade and watch for some of the magnificent birds that also visit the river while your pup is having the time of it’s life. Private parking onsite. **Back patio is off limits. It is not fenced but please respect this space, tables, chairs, etc., as my private space and refrain from sitting/lounging. Please also refrain from in using the swing set. Please do your best to keep pups from running through any plantings! All other space in front yard near the river and backyard grassy area and woods are available to explore!

Spring has sprung! Your dog will absolutely 💕 playing on this private six acre CT 🐶 estate that overlooks the reservoir w/ plenty of room for parking.

Large fully fenced in yard with some Adirondack chairs you can sit in. We also have a table and chairs with an umbrella for shade. Lots of room to run and play ball with your dog. The backyard gets almost full sun midday and full shade in the morning and late afternoon. If it’s a hot day we recommend booking early or later in the day. We put out a fan on the table for hot days, and an ice water pitcher for the humans. We also can give ice water in the dog bowl for hot sunny days. A kiddie pool is also available if the weather is warm enough and your pup enjoys water. Bring your own towel! The two balls that are placed out are washed with soap after each doggo visit.

3 fully fenced acres. Wooded areas, open areas. Giant sand pit, water available. Please bring: PHYSICAL COPY (not emailed) of proof of rabies, distemper, kennel cough. Printed receipt or photo of current flea/tick and heartworm preventative. A Photo of your license will be taken upon arrival. Please do not bring your pets to my property if they are not feeling well or are currently ill.  This protocol is to keep both parties involved safe!🐾

Large are of mostly groomed grass surrounded by woods. It’s very peaceful and secluded. A great place to spend time with your pet.

Located at the end of a cul de sac with low traffic on street or off street parking, the entrance to my yard is located to the right if my garage. There’s an easy-open fence, patio with chairs and an umbrella, and lot of space to run. The area is surrounded by woods near Twin Brooks Park and both paved and mulched trails. You can see beautiful 🌅 sunsets if you’re here at that time as well.
