Located next to a baseball field, this space is not completely private, but it offers a fun, open setting for easygoing dogs and relaxed sniff adventures. 🎾 What to expect: • Open, unfenced space — great for leashes, long lines, or dogs with good recall • Next to a baseball field (extra sights, sounds, and smells on game days ⚾) • Quiet most of the time, with occasional activity nearby • Deer may visit at night, leaving behind exciting scent updates 🦌 🐕 Best for dogs who: • Enjoy sniffing and strolling • Are comfortable with open environments • Don’t need full isolation from people or activity • Love a little “what’s going on over there?” curiosity 📅 Good to know: • Baseball activity happens every Thursday • No winter practices (extra quiet during colder months ❄️) • Unfenced — best for leashes, long lines, or dogs with good recall This isn’t a dog park — it’s a casual, sniff-friendly spot for dogs who enjoy exploring the world at their own pace (and maybe watching a little baseball while they’re at it 😉). 📅 Book your visit and let the sniffing begin!

We’re so happy to share our space with you and your dog(s)! To keep everyone safe and ensure a great experience, please review and follow the rules below. Use at Your Own Risk Use of the property is at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries, escapes, illness, or property damage caused by dogs. Please be aware that natural hazards such as uneven ground, wildlife, weather, and insects may be present. Owner Supervision Dogs must be supervised at all times. Owners should remain inside the Sniffspot area while their dogs are playing. Please do not leave dogs unattended for any reason. Caring for the Property Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs, including fencing, gates, landscaping, or furniture. If something is damaged, please let us know right away—we appreciate your honesty! Children & Guests Children must be closely supervised at all times. Only guests included in the booking may enter the property. Please note that the host is not responsible for injuries to children. Dog Health & Vaccinations All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, including rabies. For everyone’s safety, please do not bring dogs that are sick or showing signs of illness (coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, parasites, or skin issues). Puppies must be fully vaccinated before visiting. Wildlife & Environment Wildlife may be present, so please keep an eye on your dog. Help protect the space by preventing excessive digging, plant damage, or wildlife chasing. Please do not feed wildlife. General Responsibility Guests are responsible for keeping their dogs under control at all times. We have a half acre of mostly open area for you and your dog(s) to play in. The park area is fully fenced with 5 ft, non-climb horse fence and a few gates. There are trees and varied terrain in part of the park as well as a large field area for Frisbee, fetch, games and training. We will provide water for dogs, a few dog toys and a waste container for dog poo. (Please pack any human trash, like paper/coffee cups/food containers, out with you.) Please use only the 'Entrance' gate during your visit. Have FUN!!!

About 3.5 acres fenced in, some yard, some woods for your dogs to explore. A hiking trail as well. On weekdays we would prefer 4-8 hours notice so we can make sure our dogs are secured in the house. We have dog toys for your use just please return them to the tote after use. Sometimes we have trees fall on our fence, if you see it let us know so we can fix it asap. We recently got a trampoline, due to liability issues, the trampoline is strictly off limits.
