This spot has a private patio, electrical outlets, hogwire fence (small dog friendly), and a water hose. The patio includes an outdoor dining table for 6, a bar height table for 4, a large sectional, and an amenity table with: bug spray, poop bags, hand sanitizer, a water bowl, etc. We also have a propane patio heater available for an additional $10 per half-hour charge. *Please ensure humans and pets do not go onto the raised deck; there is a gate blocking the stairs*

Please pick up after pets. You are welcome to use the patio, but please do not come onto the raised deck (there is a gate blocking it off). If you use the patio furniture, please recover the sectional and close the umbrella upon departure. The firepit is not available for use.

Welcome to Brockett Bark! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. And when we discovered Sniffspot, we wanted to offer the same opportunity for other doggos like him. No pup should be kept from the joys of life because of what they've been through! Our home is super easy to find/access and we have plenty of private (off-street) parking available, making it an ideal space to meet up for playdates.
