Had another great visit today. Our boys love this location, there are so many great areas to sniff and a large open yard to run around in. The pool sealed the deal. They were both exhausted after 45 min. I highly recommend this spot.

My 3 dogs and I had an absolutely wonderful time!!!!! They loved the pool & had soooo much room to run and play. There were plenty of toys and treats left by the host, which was awesome 🤩. She also left out nice rocking chairs & insect spray for the humans. We will most definitely be back soon!

Beautiful space, thoughtful details like bug spray, water bowl, trash bin. The hosts answered a couple questions very quickly, and then my pooch had a great time exploring and zooming.

Stellar spot, with thoughtful touches that made our visit that much more wonderful.
I visited with three of my own dogs for a doggie playdate with my mom and her pup. The shade and places to relax were much appreciated for dogs and humans alike.
Our three senior dogs and one bouncy youngun all had a blast - sniffing all the things, running around, and enjoying the balls and fresh water the hosts kindly left for us.
We had too much fun to take any photos but next time I’ll be sure to take some. Listing photos were all perfectly accurate though and the space was easy to navigate to and parking/fencing were perfect.

Great spot for dogs to explore and run in. My dogs loved exploring the different terrains and hiding in the bushes. They slept for hours after their visit! There were some mosquitoes, so I recommend using spray prior to your visit. The instructions provided by the host were easy to follow and super helpful.

This spot was awesome! A huge open space for our dogs to run. Lots of great Ivey and foliage around the periphery to satisfy their hunting instincts. I forgot my tennis ball but the host had several on the property. Plenty of shade and seating for humans. Great communication, easy to get in and out and close to home! We will definitely be regulars!

Exactly as described! Lots of helpful info before we arrived, easy to find, fresh water (and a backup!), some play toys, and bug spray. The yard was well taken care of and super spacious. Loved that we could see our dog at all times too. Would be a great spot to bring a blanket and some snacks. We went a little after 4 and it was nice and super shady. Hammock was a great add on! Highly recommend this spot. Thank you!

Brockett Bark Park was great. I booked to celebrated my staffy’s 3rd birthday and it was everything I hope for, plus a little more. The place has plenty of space with ample shaded and sun spot, a variety of toys and complimentary necessities that allowed us to pack light and focus on having fun. We will definitely visit again.

Going to be one of our regular spots! Lots of open space, well maintained yard/fencing, and pretty private. Definitely bring your dog here for some sniffs and open space to run! The deck/seating area is great too if you prefer to relax while your dog plays.

Had a great time during our visit! There was no one around. We walked up to the gate, went in and they sniffed for 45 minutes. I hope I was in the correct area. We will visit again for off leash time. Thank you for providing this area to the public!
What other types of private dog parks are available?
Dog water parks
Many hosts have added water features like pools and/or are nearby lakes or rivers.
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
