Next to the deckbox of toys, is a small beverage cart and storage with beverages hot (tea, apple cider, cocoa) and cold (bottled water) to enjoy. Beautiful fields and woods for as far as the eye can see. Trails cut in the woods, trails cut through the fields. There is literally a trail I mow that winds all the way around the property. You can walk a sunny trail or a shady trail...my wife and I walk this trail with our six...yes you read that correctly SIX dogs just about every day. We are so lucky to call this home..I thought why not share it with you guys.

Kristin's 13 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Greeneville

We have a 13+ acre property that is partially wooded and often visited by deer and turkey. Our neighbors have cattle, chickens and goats as well as dogs that can sometimes be seen and heard from the property. Parking is on the property pretty much anywhere. We don’t have a driveway yet. Please don’t park in the gravel driveway next to the property as it belongs to the neighbors. You can access the back half near the electrical lines. If it’s rainy or has been, you may need 4 wheel drive. There’s also a seasonal, shallow creek that runs across the property lined with trees and brush. The property is unfenced and you’ll want to stay away from the barn. The creek supplies loads of muddy, digging fun if you’re up for the clean up afterward. Enjoy ALL the best sniffs ❤️

Our backyard is fully fenced in with a 6 foot wooden privacy fence. It’s welcome to all animals. We do have caged ducks and chickens on the OTHER side of fence so they can be heard/smelled as well as the neighbors little farm. We can provide drinking water and waste bags if needed. Gap Creek walking access & 2 fenced pastures

This spot is quaint with stunning views as property backs up to a large mountain and creek. There is a small barn, in front of it is 1 fenced pasture, behind is a second separate but both can be combined to one large fenced area. Creek access is by walking towards the mountain where you and your dog can relax, explore, play and take amazing photos! Please be aware there is wildlife, Deer, bear, turkey. ‘Howl’ ya doing? We are paw-sitively certain you’ll have a ‘ball’ at our SniffSpot. Throw your car in ‘bark’ and let your pups enjoy our safe, fully enclosed, mowed acre. We guarantee you and your furry friends will have a great time. Please note there are chickens and ducks in an enclosed area of our property, they are fenced safely to keep any dog out. Ask about eggs!! We always have some (both duck and chicken!)

It may not be the same after the storm but it’s still a doggy paradise. *POST HELENE UPDATE 10/13/24* I am so sad to say that the Helene floods have completely destroyed our Sniffspot. We hope to reopen one day but the space will be a completely different place. We are hard at work doing what we can so please check back often. UPDATE 4/11/24* The bugs can get really bad at certain times of year. Mostly gnats around the face and no-see-ums. I do provide bug spray and bug nets that work best when worn with a hat. The worst of the bugs are early spring (April-June). Not fenced but not immediately bordered by anything but forest or field on all sides. The property is 12 acres with mostly open or treed space. There is a small beach area with water calm enough for dogs to swim and fetch sticks. We have picnic tables and chairs that you can use but please pick up after yourself, your dog, and your kids. There is now a trashcan provided on the beach for your convenience. Downstream side of property has an “island” that can be explored. The neighbors property downstream starts shortly free the road narrows between the river and steep bank. It’s usually more overgrown and can visually tell the upkeep is different. Please avoid being on their property. Flood waters make signage difficult to use in this area. Just message me if you need more details on the boundary line.

Conveniently located near the Bristol Motor Speadway in a quiet neighborhood, bring your dogs to Pit Stop Pups to get their zoomies out in a fully fenced 1 acre play area. All the free sticks your doggies can find! While you're here, watch for the neighborhood deer that visit regularly while relaxing on the partially wooded area lot. Amazing sunsets.
