We have 40 wide open acres with a fully stocked pond. You are more than welcome to bring your rod and do some catch and release fishing. Dogs are very happy to swim and play fetch. We have three donkeys, one horse and duck and chickens on the property. The animals are all sweet. We want to keep them safe so no chicken eaters. Haha. Come and enjoy your day, have a picnic under the trees or take a leisurely walk. U can even come out and work your hunting or herd dogs. Hope to see you soon.

Hello fur babies and humans! We have lots of property that is perfect as your private dog park. It is safe and so relaxing. You can come by yourself or book time with your dog families if wanted. We have multiple seating areas as well as beautiful scenery. Just be aware most of the property IS NOT FENCED YET, but does have a smaller fenced backyard area for dogs who are not good off leash. There are farm animals fenced in their own areas for you & your pups to enjoy watching. I will provide a few goodies for you such as dog bags, poop scoop, hand sanitizer, dog nail clippers, dog brush, a dog pool, and a water hose if you feel like giving your dog a bath! There is a beautiful pond for your dogs to swim in as well or for fur parents to fish!! Catch & release ONLY. I will also provide a few waters next to your dog goodies if you get thirsty 😊 for and extra fee. I’ll ask is that you respect our property as if it was your own. There are many things provided for you to use but please don’t take anything off of the property. If you need help with anything let me know!! Enjoy! 💕 We want to address the bad review as well. Everything we have on the property is in the Photos. This is a 4 acre property and has big open space for your dogs to run. The women who left a bad review got out of her car, stole one of my plants, and left 😓 she never even went onto the property.

The Back 40

When you book "The Back 40" you have access to the original, smaller, The Mannerly Dog Sniffspot, so no one will be using it while you're here! You'll still have your own private dog park, just a bigger one. You will not see us or our dogs. One neighbor has chickens - they are catty-corner to The Back 40, in the rear. They are in a pen and may cluck or crow at times. the yard catty-corner on the other side occasionally has a couple of dogs in it, but it's pretty rare - it could happen though. You might see or hear humans on the other side of the wooden fence that runs the full 300 feet along the side of both Sniffspots. Otherwise, the area is serene and quiet with plenty of squirrels and birds. Sit and rest or play with your dog - either way, we hope you enjoy your visit!

Tiki Paradise

My backyard features a pool, lots of grass to run and play in, plenty of sniffing opportunities, and some tiki hut shade for the humans! It is treated for pests and very private. I have a reactive dog myself, so I understand the need for quiet, spacious areas to have fun and get your dog some exercise! Help yourself to dog treats, sunscreen, or drinks from the tiki fridge (Just choose as an extra in the app! :) Remember to choose the pool as an extra if you’d like to use it, pool toys and floating vests available!

Lucky Dog's Private Dog Park Pearland

Lucky Dog Fosters Inc. is a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit located in Pearland Texas. We have a sizeable half acre backyard for your dog(s) to enjoy privately which includes fresh drinking water, a water hose for bathing, a kiddie pool to play and keep cool, a tree swing for the humans to relax on, and much more. Enjoy scenic views, a wildflower meadow, stroll through the garden and under the trellis and maybe even spot a bald eagle or other birds. We have some really great extra available too! Doggy Dipping Pearland

Once school starts this spot will be Saturday only as of 7/30 (that’s when teachers return to my school) that way I’m available at home to set it up. Thank you for those that return again and again! We enjoy hosting and please understand the Saturday only as Sunday we attend church. See pics of pool and yard. Price is per hour with up to four fur baby’s per visit. If you want to swim with them; it’s $5.00 for up to two guests then each additional $2. No more than four people or 3 dogs per visit. We provide doggie towels, water bowls and 💩 bags. Trash can on deck as well as covered table for you to watch and or dry off after. We hope to host you soon!
