35My dog had a great time! My only worry/ complaint is the low/short fences. Pawl was amazing in the splash pond.. however, once we got over to private area 3, my dog jumped the fence to the dock diving area as there was another dog in there. All was good ( pawl is very friendly.. but very nosey ) I just recommend if you have a dog that is very intrigued by other dogs in the area, just ask to move your dog to another play are if accessible.
55Dogs had too much fun. Staff were very friendly and informative. Great spot for reactive dogs that thrive in their own space. The pond was a great place to expose an anxious pup to water. Thanks 🙏🏻
55This place is amazing! We rented out the splash pond and then area 3 afterward, the host met us on arrival as it was our first time there, he was super friendly and helpful. Gave us some great advice to get the dogs in the water which was amazing because we had actually chose this spot specifically to try and get our husky more comfortable with water to cool off on these warm days. So big thanks to the host for being so cool and the agility course in area 3 was a blast We went in the early evening on a Monday and it was super chill, only saw a few other dogs coming and going. My only regret is not coming here sooner, highly recommend checking this place out!

25We rented play spaces 2, 3 and 6 (splash pond). Definitely only visit with well trained pups. I didn't appreciate the belittling over the behaviour of my dogs (barking, pulling on leash) by staff, when the whole idea was to bring them to a private play space. If your dog is 100% controllable, would recommend.

Whether you’re looking for a peaceful place to practice calm behavior or you’d like guidance from professionals, we’re here for both. That said, our property is not completely secluded. This is an active dog resort, so it’s likely you’ll see people and other dogs at a distance, especially during the day. Quiet times are generally after 6:00pm. Out of respect for our neighbors, **excessive, uncontrolled barking isn't permitted** — but if that’s something you’re currently struggling with, don’t worry. That’s exactly what we specialize in fixing. **if you own a dog care or dog walking business and want to book our space for over 3 dogs, you have to contact us separately due to insurance and safety requirements. We do plenty of business with other dog businesses but we cannot do that here on this platform** Because we’re not as secluded as other Sniffspots, if your dog is constantly reactive, or aggressive and you're not looking to train or improve their behavior, then this may not be the right spot for you. But if you’re ready to work on things, even just a little, we’d love to support you. We have training bolt ons you can add to your booking for training or learning to swim. Please don’t hesitate to reach out — we genuinely want to help. PUBLIC WASHROOM JUST ADDED - Trailer based toilet next to our patio area. **IMPORTANT** Your booking includes either Area 2 or Area 3 (depending on the size of your dog and which you prefer) If you want to use Area 1, 5 or 6 (our pool areas), please select the relevant extra. Then your booking switch from Area 2/3 to Area 1, 5 or 6. If you want to book Area 3 or 2 in addition to your pool spot (area 1, 5 or 6), please create a new booking without any extra marked so you can then enjoy pool time plus off leash area 2 or 3 to dry off. We have Multiple areas available for rent (privately between you and your friends) ranging in square footage. Area 1 (5,460 sq ft) is a competition spec Dock Diving pool area, great for dogs who are confident swimmers and divers. Area 2 (3,150 sq ft) is great for small dogs and hosts some agility equipment. Area 3 (11,913 sq ft) is great for medium and large dogs. Area 5 is our inground pool which is heated and great for dogs and humans. Area 6 is our freshwater filtered splash pond, great for dogs to learn how to swim. Lastly we have a members only dog park (33,706 sq ft). You and your dog have to pass a recall/body language test to make sure everyone is safe, combined with security cameras our dog park really takes it to a new level of fun and safety. Area 1 - $30/half hour & $45 for 1 hour Area 2 & Area 3 - $10/half hour & $15 for 1 hour. Area 5 - $25/half hour & $40 for 1 hour Area 6 - $20/half hour & $33 for 1 hour. Area 2, and 3 (Dry areas) include up to 3 dogs. Pool areas (1, 5 and 6) include up to 2 dogs. Please select that additional dog extra if bringing more than the specified dogs. Welcome to "The Pipeline," a field, bush, and forested area with a stream, pond, and trails that dogs are going to love exploring. No neighbours in any direction to hassle you while making all the noise you want. Grass may be tall or short when you arrive, as it is a hay field, with a trail cut around the perimeter, through the middle, and into the forest to get to the pond. Guests are able to explore the whole property, but please stay in the forest and field areas. We have marked the trails with orange tape so that you can follow or just freestyle it and go wherever the nose leads. We realize sometimes dogs get excited and will venture out of those areas, so dont sweat it. As long as they are having fun, just call them back and continue on your way. We do suggest bringing some bug spray/mosquito repellent. There may be some burrs in the bushes,you have to watch for that. I have recently purchased a trail camera to watch for wildlife around the property, so you may once in a while see that put up in various areas.

Fully Fenced but a small portion is wire fencing (used to be electric fencing but no charge in them now), so might not be appropriate for some small dogs who tend to escape. There is a picture showing that fencing. ☀️ On those hotter days, take advantage of our mostly shaded trails… or if you just need that extra adventure. (*** Trails are not in fenced area) Follow the beautiful manicured trail that wraps around our fields. Eight to ten minutes will get you to the opening of our picturesque gully trail. Gully… so yes that means a hill… but it is gradual. The scenery and the sounds of nature make it so worthwhile. And if your dog loves water, there is the stream to cool off in. 💦 For best trail stay on same side of bridge. Welcome to "The Pipeline," a field, bush, and forested area with a stream, pond, and trails that dogs are going to love exploring. No neighbours in any direction to hassle you while making all the noise you want. Grass may be tall or short when you arrive, as it is a hay field, with a trail cut around the perimeter, through the middle, and into the forest to get to the pond. Guests are able to explore the whole property, but please stay in the forest and field areas. We have marked the trails with orange tape so that you can follow or just freestyle it and go wherever the nose leads. We realize sometimes dogs get excited and will venture out of those areas, so dont sweat it. As long as they are having fun, just call them back and continue on your way. We do suggest bringing some bug spray/mosquito repellent. There may be some burrs in the bushes,you have to watch for that. I have recently purchased a trail camera to watch for wildlife around the property, so you may once in a while see that put up in various areas.

(*** Trails are not in fenced area) Follow the beautiful manicured trail that wraps around our fields. Eight to ten minutes will get you to the opening of our picturesque gully trail. Gully… so yes that means a hill… but it is gradual. The scenery and the sounds of nature make it so worthwhile. And if your dog loves water, there is the stream to cool off in. 💦 For best trail stay on same side of bridge.
