Description

Great old farm property on the river woth a huge fenced field with horses tha like to stay in view but will stay away when approached. River access is occasionally limited due to hunting. with a few good deep swimming spots and a dense cotton wood forest with a old trail that a car can fit on

Hazards

HOST NOTE

Horses in the distance. 8 of them. When chased they kick in the air - surely dangerous but never seen them make contact and they are very weary and have always stayed away at a distance but withing ete sight. Train tracks beyond the fence, amtrak- 2 times a day abd occasional freight train
