Perfect private parcel for you and your furry friend to escape the hustle and bustle of life. Plenty of room for running and playing fetch. This is a rural residential neighborhood located on the outskirts between the quaint towns of Yelm and Rainier. You may see the neighbors in the distance coming and going or see the occasional military helicopter fly by. The perimeter of the property is fenced On 3 sides. The front of property surrounded by trees but is not fenced. Please ensure your furry friends stay on property as the local bunnies or quail might be fun to chase. Please bring your own waste bags and clean up after your pet. We hope you enjoy this place as much as we do!

Added an outhouse with hand sanitizer, covered seating area, privacy screen along fence to help with anyone walking dogs down the street or the neighbors concrete business. Mostly quiet neighborhood where you can feel safe to let your dog run and dig. Large playground tunnel equipment for your doggy to play in! Don't let the darkness defeat you taking your canine out to play! Installed 3 street lights to keep the early darkness at bay. Light timer switch is on the left inside the dog two way gate. Lights take a couple minutes to get fully bright. Now you can play with your dog from 6am to 9pm. Enjoy this private area that you can let your dog off leash without having to worry about anyone interrupting your time with your dog. Picnic table with cover. Water dish, poop bags, waste bin, sticks and balls with a chuck it at entrance. Coordinate with a friend and meet here to let your dogs play together while you catch up. We charge $13 for the hour space rental so, *please mark only one dog even if you are bringing more* The space has a long grassy open [360 feet] area to use a chuck it for dogs that love to fetch. A large cedar provides shade on half of the property while the other half is in the sunshine. This is a fun spot for dogs to exercise their legs and noses. Please check back for future upgrades. Welcome! We offer a 1 acre, fenced FIELD for your dog(s) to run, play, sniff and bark! Seasonal lake up and down throughout winter. Currently pretty dry. **Early December we flooded. The waters have receded to just a puddle that will raise and lower throughout winter. If your dogs love to sniff and swim, they will love it! So many new smells! Plus they can go search for all the toys that floated away! It can be a little mucky near entrance but not too bad. THIS IS A FIELD, MEDIUM & HIGH GRASS, not always mowed short. Our dogs love rolling and sniffing in it! Beautiful views and farm animal neighbors add to the fun. Shade trees and seating make this spot fun for all! Long and short grass, slight hills and a sand pile to dig in too! We are a farm animal sanctuary and wildlife friendly. There may be long grass, insects, farm animal poo and other farmy stuff. Fun smell things such as feathers, wool, horse hair etc are added for dogs to sniff. All is cruelty free. During the summer there are two unfiltered pools, one small and one 9’ above ground stock tank. LARGE POOL CLOSED FOR THW SEASON. Please make sure pups know how to get in/out safely. There are towels in a bin near the table. ***PLEASE POSTPONE IF YOUR DOG IS IN HEAT - we’d love her to visit once done though!*** We ask that you not use electric collars while visiting, thank you. **May-July 4, New Years** there may be fireworks displays nearby. These are usually Fri-Sat mid day into evening. Feel free to message questions if you are concerned. We also have some new rescue dogs that may be heard barking as they adjust. They are 200’ or so from spot but may be heard. WINTER: Seasonal pond takes up the lower portion of the spot. It may grow and shrink throughout the season. Dogs love it! Ground will likely be soggy but we will close if entrance becomes unsafe. SUMMER: (closed for season) During warm weather there is a 9’ stock tank pool (not filtered) for dogs. One adult may accompany each dog but please no children. Private parking for one or two vehicles available. If additional needed, please message host. Clean porta potty available for guest use. This is also used by others, please keep dogs leashed in this area. This park is dedicated to Dexter, the King of Bork. He was a loud, happy guy that lived to bark! He inspired Misspits Rescue who has saved hundreds of dogs and other animals. All proceeds from this rental support Misspits and the animals in our care.

Fully fenced 1 acre dimensions are approx 50'-1000'. Water bucket and hose at entrance and at approx 400 feet in. Picnic table at the far end of property with shade awning for humans. Fort Lewis helicopters may be flying around. Fence is on property line with neighbors driveway on other side. Neighbors on one side of fence have dogs that may or may not be out. Goats (ours) may be out on the other side yard. Park on top, and keep gate closed please. This space is primarily goat pasture. Please no smoking, no littering (this includes sunflower husks/food waste), and DO NOT drive down the hill. If you lose a ball or other item on either side of fence message me. Do not go down the non-gated property to retrieve per neighbor request. Anyone reported having gone down neighbors' property will be banned and reported to Sniffspot. Proceeds used for child's education and animal projects.

We enjoy visiting Sniffspots around town and wanted to share our space so other dogs can experience new smells and enrichment. The yard is fully fenced, with cinder blocks installed underground to help prevent digging out. No other animals are visible from the backyard. The porch area is gated off—please remain within the yard during your visit.
