6/27/26 Book early for weekends and holidays! Come let your pups cool off in our pond (or check out our beach extra). Trail Conditions Report: The pond looks beautiful! The trails are freshly groomed. Our ground is mostly sand, so even if it rains it absorbs extremely well. When it's hot outside it's cooler in the woods! Light colored clothing and long sleeves are better for mosquitos. Spray your feet and legs to protect from ticks. We are open every day of the year! Check out our new extra, Love Lock Gate! Pond, Lake, and Woods *Our pond is treated for algae. The products we use are dog safe and natural. The color in the pond is food grade. *If you see a turtle, do not approach it! Let us know and we will relocate it. *There are some prickers around the banks of the pond and in some areas of the woods. *We have had one guest who let us know their dog got some burrs. *Expect to encounter normal insects from a woods setting. One guest has spotted a snake, (which was non-poisonous). *We hide Kong Squeakair tennis balls in the woods for dogs to find. There is an inherent risk in letting your dog play with tennis balls. By visiting our Sniffspot you are accepting this risk. If you would like us to remove any balls that we have hidden, we would be happy to do so. However, balls/toys are often left behind by guests (we have a large property). Please closely monitor your dog. The safety of your dog is your responsibility!

(Seasonal) Enjoy our private swim raft and dock. You are welcome to bring floatables, kayaks or paddle boards. Watch your dog dock diving. Enjoy the spectacular view on our private deck overlooking the beautiful 60-acre non-motorized lake and have a picnic. *This extra must take place during your scheduled time. Know that you would be outside of the fenced area and may encounter other people and/or dogs.

Enjoy our SniffSpot in the dark! (Available to book anytime between 7:30pm-11pm.) We supply an LED headlamp for you along with a bright, neon, LED glow-in-the-dark dog collar for your pooch. Love Lock Gate (10-day notice)40 credits

In the tradition of the Love Lock Bridge in Paris, France, we will supply you with a beautiful dog tag with your dog's name engraved on it. Just like in Paris where hundreds of thousands of lovers would put a padlock on the bridge over the Seine River to symbolize their eternal love, you will attach this dog tag on the designated gate (Love Lock Gate) in our woods. We want you to celebrate the love you share with your pooch and reflect on the memories you have made here.

Party On40 credits

We will supply your group with a grill & charcoal, picnic table, extra table (for gifts, cake, or party favors), extra chairs, 2-large trash cans, and extra dog water bowls. *Minimum 24 hours notice

Tiki Time40 credits

(Seasonal) It's TIKI TIME! Enjoy our private beach at night with your pooch! A spectacular view with the flames from the Tiki torches reflecting off the water. Includes fire pit (fire will be ready when you arrive). Bring your own hotdogs, smores, etc. Swim or not, it's up to you! :-) Must book a minimum of 2-hours after 7pm. Be advised - the beach area is outside the fenced Sniffspot and you may see/hear other people and dogs.

Additional rules

No campfires please, We are in a National forest. Please avoid all other possibilities of fire. Sniffspot leaves a half hour between visits for current guest to leave and a new guest to arrive. Please be timely and when possible please schedule tight after a scheduled guest or leave a 2-hour window between so a 1-hour guest can squeeze in. We are filling up on weekends. Our son created this beautiful trail through the woods where we would take Bear for walks everyday. Our beloved Bear Bear has passed and we are opening up this trail for a sniffspot in his honor.
