You may see a water build up like a pond, which eventually recedes to a layer of an ankle deep water beneath the grass before it totally dries out. This occurs during the spring thaw and/or after a heavy rain. As such,some guests recommend keeping a pair of rain boots. Your dogs can play in or around it if they want, and it's entirely up to you. Nonetheless, there are no potential hazards unless you are allergic to mosquito bites. They usually come out at dusk especially in summer time.
