Seasonal pond in the upper meadow. ALL 32 acres are fenced with triple barbed wire. Sorry! No water, chairs or poop bag trash cans on site. This is not a place that gets policed by anyone but you! Please help keep this site as pristine as you find it. If you pack it in please pack it out. Please park on the gravel rather than in the grass. The I-5 of the Pacific Northern railways runs right by my property. The trains are frequent and loud. Be aware if you have sound reactive dogs (or humans). Only 13 minutes from the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds and Downtown Chehalis. Our yard is fully fenced but not good for small dogs. The yard is full of grass and a few trees and bushes excellent for peeing on! (dogs only please! lol) There are chairs on the covered deck for the humans along with a toy box containing all sorts of fun things! There's a water bowl with an extra jug of water but no running water in the yard. Look for small garden flag right before gate. Driveway is located RIGHT AFTER yellow county sign for Logan Hill Rd

The gently sloping hillside leads down toward Gee Creek, a small creek tucked along the property edge, creating the kind of rich, layered scent environment that dogs find endlessly fascinating. Mulch and bark pathways keep paws comfortable and the ground manageable even in wetter months. It's a great space for a game of fetch, a casual sniff session, or just letting your dog decompress off-leash in a contained setting. The varied terrain adds a little natural adventure to every visit. We also offer an on leash trail to use while on the property. A heads up: The Overlook sits adjacent to a busy road, so there is noticeable traffic noise. The 6-foot fencing keeps your dog completely safe and secure, but if your pup is sensitive to road sounds, our other space — The Meadow — may be a better fit.
