Fully fenced approx half acre, 6' tall, overlooking the ocean on Orella Ranch, the former home of Sam's Doggie Dude Ranch and now the home of Elite Pup Training & Boarding. Best to bring your own water and bowl as we only have very hard well water.

All Dogs Rule! Puppy Paradise

We have a beautiful secluded property on the Sespe Creek in Fillmore. We have acres of orange trees and two fully fenced areas. One is a fenced 100 x 200' sand arena with access to water and shade. In this arena there may be a small amount of sheep droppings if we have been training the dogs for sheep herding. There is a second arena that is 80 x 120' with agility equipment and the sheep don't go in that area. Dogs can play off leash and stretch their legs in either area. Please do not move the agility equipment around. You are also welcome to make your way down to the creek and let your pup swim and play. Outside of the fenced arena you are welcome to wander in our orange orchard at the bottom 1/2 of our property but please don't approach any residences or allow your dog to bother the livestock. There are sheep in a fenced area and Tank, our livestock guardian dog, lives with them. *Please note - The sand is pretty soft and dogs love to dig in it. They are welcome to dig but please fill in any holes they dig (it’s as easy as dragging the sand back into the hole with your foot) because they create a tripping hazard for other dogs and people.

Bring your best friend(s) for lots of water fun! NOTE: First two human guests are included in the per-hour fee. Each additional guest must be added as an individual extra. For example, if there are four humans total, add a 3rd Guest extra and a 4th Guest extra.

Enjoy a large, fully fenced private backyard where your pup can run, play, and explore safely. The yard features plenty of open grass space that is perfect for zoomies, fetch, training, or simply letting your dog stretch their legs. Guests will find a welcome basket with plush toys and tennis balls available for play, along with complimentary treats and waste bags for convenience. A kiddie pool is also available as an optional add-on for pups who want to splash around and cool off on warmer days. There is plenty of easy street parking, and the yard is accessed through the gate on the right side of the house. We created this space to give dogs a safe, calm place to exercise, play, and enjoy some freedom off leash. We hope you and your pup have a great visit. 🐾
