Mind Your Manorville Private Dog Park

The pool is OPEN. Welcome to our 3/4 acre fully fenced yard. Foliage provides a large amount of privacy and our spot is generally quiet, with rare sightings of neighbors and wildlife (hawks, birds, squirrels). We have a hose you can use, and a pergola with seating and chairs to relax. Two gates are located on either side of the house which are latched. A third gate is present along our neighbors fence which is latched and secured with a zip tie and bungee - a small gap exists. We have reactive dogs and know the struggle of finding a quiet place to enjoy. Our neighbor has a young dog that sometimes barks along the fence until they come and retrieve her. We communicate with them to avoid this as best we can. If you’d like to avoid tall grass, our yard is mowed/trimmed every other Thursday. Send us a message to determine what days it’s been mowed to enjoy a manicured yard visit. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please be sure your dog is wearing a life jacket and supervised at all times. Do not allow them to scratch at the side of the pool - guide them to use the stairs for entry and exist. NO GLASS near the pool or in the yard.
