Location

Description

If you are looking for a place in the NH Lakes Region that is easy to access, quiet, private, and has a completely fenced in yard, this is the spot for you! Enter directly off of Rt 153 and you’ll have quiet, private, easy access to off street parking and a 7500 square foot yard surrounded by a 6’ fence to contain even the most energetic dogs. The bottom half of the yard is rectangular while the top half is triangular, separated by a slight incline. In warm weather the spot offers a doggy pool and hose, agility jumps, fitness equipment, and scentwork odor containers. Or in all seasons, keep all of the toys out of the way and play fetch, do zoomies, practice recall, and most of all, have fun with your dog! Please note: smoking (including vaping), tobacco products, alcohol, or other recreational drugs are not allowed on the property.

Cleanliness

100% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Hazards

There is a very slight hill in the middle of the yard that separates the two large flat areas. If you’d like to pay fetch across the entire distance of the yard, you and your dog will have to navigate the elevation change. In the winter, the bottom of the hill (to the left as you enter the yard) can get icy when we have repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

This was our first visit to a sniffspot location. It was great. The directions were clear & easy to follow. The space is completely fenced with a 6 foot fence. It was ideal for off leash recall work. I’m planning on booking again next week.

Fully fenced in acre with trails. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately six times around the trails equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, and lots of area for you and your dog to romp around. The main entrance to yard can be found by entering the second driveway and driving past the wood for sale bin and the solar barn. Designated parking is marked to the right of the entrance gate. In the winter, this area can be difficult to get to without four wheel drive. If you prefer to park in the driveway, please text me. We have reserved the third garage bay for winter Sniffspot parking. There is entry to the yard through this garage bay. If parking in the driveway….There is a garage door opener hanging under the keypad on the left side of the third garage door. This is your entry to the garage. Once inside, please use garage door opener hanging on yard entrance door to close the garage door during your visit. Please repeat steps when you leave ensuring all doors and fence gates are securely closed behind you. As stated earlier, if you prefer to continue parking out back and your vehicle can get out there, feel free to use that entrance to the yard. However, if that driveway is unpassable due to mud, it will be blocked off and you will have to use the driveway parking. Wherever you park, please feel free to help yourself to coffee, hot chocolate, water and snacks located in the third garage bay. There’s also water bowls and water as well as fresh towels for your pups located in the garage. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. This gives us an opportunity to fill that newly vacant slot. Thank you for your understanding. Feel free to reach out via text 603-682-7216 with any questions. Enjoy! Melodie
