Description

You’ll find room to RUN at our Hidden Pond Doggie Play Spot. Located just 1 minute from the center of the Wendell Falls sprawling development, we have about an acre and a half for you and your pups to run around and have fun. About half of it is mostly flat grassland with a slight rolling hill, and the other half is about knee-high to waist-high plants like tall grass, kudzu, and saplings. Your furry friends will love to explore! Down at the bottom of the hill near our neighbor’s little pond, and depending on recent rains, you can usually find about 300 square feet of muddy-puddle-goodness loaded with frogs and tadpoles to chase. Unfortunately the pond is NOT ours and we can NOT grant access to it for any humans or dogs. Please bring your own bags and clean up after your pets for a healthy and hygienic experience for everyone. Plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles, so bring your friends and their dogs! NEW PICTURES AND LISTING UPDATED 4/25/2023- please feel free to make your booking without “inquiring with the host.” Yes it’s been a while since we made this profile, but we got the listing together now and we are ready for you to come use the spot! Additionally, in the back, there is a little private walking trail about 0.2acre of trail not fenced in that you are welcome to walk thru). Doggie cot on back patio to relax a minute and feel free to enjoy the shaded back deck. We are in a very quiet neighborhood, and the backyard provides a peaceful feel. We do have a 42lb black lab mix that would stay with me inside during your stay (my office is upstairs and would be fully away from contact during your visit, (unless 1:1 dog interaction is desired- please just specify preference).
