Please be aware other dog owners may have rented the same time slot on Area 1 the adjacent field. The North Fully Enclosed Field has 6' fencing and is fully secure preventing escape. Overall Site Description - Two separate (side-by-side) fully enclosed softball fields that also serve as a semi-private exercise park for dogs. The grassy outfield and secure fencing provide plenty of room for dogs to run and play, while owners can enjoy the open surroundings. With no permanent shade structures, visitors often bring their own chairs or canopies. To maintain the looking clean fields, please pick up dog waste, children play here too. Thank you!

Michigan Farm 4-acre Private Dog Park Welcome! Quiet and peaceful area. Field, woods, grassy areas. Porta-Potty- New addition! A small paddock for time-out, training, etc. A rain shelter: Inside our rain shelter • Toys to borrow (Please return) • Dog wipes • Bug Spray • Chairs and a table • Phone charger • Light • Umbrellas • Lost and Found A lot of areas to rest and sit. Benches, tables, chairs. Activities: Walk, run, off road bike, yoga, cross skiing, snowshoe, agility, herding (bring your own sheep ), search, Frisbee, scent work, etc. Wildlife: Deer, many birds- hawks, vultures, turkeys, various song birds, rabbits, raccoons, groundhogs, squirrels. Access for with trucks, trailers, equipment, sheep, dogs, etc. 14’ gate and a 4’ gate walk-in. (Please early notice) The entire 10+ acres (we used to have horses, cows and sheep) is fenced (4’ farm fence). For now, feel free to wonder the entire fenced 10 acres. For Your First Visit: It is a good idea to walk your dog on a leash around the perimeter until you are comfortable. Although it is fenced, it is not possible to know every dog’s individual behavior. The tornado siren goes off every first Saturday of the month at 1:00. No joy. I am often available if needed for questions or help. We welcome suggestions! Enjoy! Winter: This Sniffspot will be open all winter. ***The snow isn’t always plowed immediately. We do our best. You may have to walk from the road (if the city also has plowed). Use your discretion. Welcome to our “back 40,” featuring an evergreen alcove, a small wooded walking path, lots of room to run, and tons of sticks to play with. For the humans we have a picnic table and chairs for relaxation. The bungee cords on the gate are to help secure it, feel free to use them if you feel the need. NOTE: Please bring your own water, as we don’t have a water spigot out back. Special note for June and July: it’s mulberry season, and boy have we got ‘em (fortunately they are not toxic to dogs). Please note that our parking spot and part of our Sniffspot are covered by mulberry trees, so you *will* get berries on your shoes. Dress accordingly! 👍🏼

There’s trash cans outside the gate for poop bag disposal, poop bags available for use, table/chairs/umbrella for relaxing, and kid toys such as sand box, trampoline and soccer net available for use. I run a pet sitting business out of my home and frequently have other friendly playful dogs over. I can keep them in, or I can let them out for extra play time and exercise. The yard is maintained weekly, and no weed killer, fertilizer, or pesticides of any type are used.
