Description

175 yr old private homeatead on 34 acres, sharing the South 17 acres of wild woodlands, pastures, meadows and creek with fellow dog lovers. Unlike any property you've ever seen. No chemicals used here since 1985. Berry picking in season. Respectful foraging encouraged. 5 star Airbnb available on seperate platform. Please give 2 hr. notice so I can put my doggos in kennel. Be up to date on flea/tick/all vax please.

Not a good bet for toddlers. We have lots of tripping hazards. Trails can be steep and rocky. Water can run fast after heavy rain. Do not bother honey bee hives or house(s) on the property.

It is about a 1 mile trail or more. trails are not plowed open in the winter but are perfect for snow shoeing, hiking an fat tire bikes in the snow on the trails or perfect spring to fall on the maintained trails.
