Welcome to our private 2-acre tropical retreat! Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, our fully fenced property offers plenty of room to run, sniff, explore, and play. With open spaces, shady spots, and a peaceful atmosphere, it's the perfect escape for dogs and their humans to relax and enjoy some off-leash freedom in a safe environment. Photo Identification: Please send a clear photo of your driver's license or state ID matching your booking profile name. Clear Photo of the Dog(s): Please provide a current visual profile of every dog entering the property to verify the count and breed. Health & Parasite Verification: Please upload or message over a quick photo showing official veterinary proof of up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and negative fecal), and verification of an active parasite flea & tick preventative treatment. Behavior & Security Check: Is your dog reactive or aggressive towards other dogs or people? Please note: The neighbor's dogs across the street are visible, audible, and out in their fenced yard all day. Property Warning: While our yard is fully fenced, there are holes and areas where an adventurous dog who wants to slip out, jump, or run off could escape. If your dog requires a 100% escape-proof yard or struggles with recall or off-leash boundaries, we want to make sure you know upfront so you can decide if we are the right fit. This property is not a good fit for aggressive animals, as we cannot control outside factors like neighbors jogging by or mail delivery. Waste & Clean-Up Rule: Guests must clean up after their dogs immediately (waste bags are not provided) and dropped into the outdoor trash bin located in the small fenced area by the travel trailer. The property must be left as you found it.

There is a huge field for your pup to sprint across chasing a toy, or just enjoying a run. If you need to get some work done while your pup safely explores the grounds, we have a quiet garden where you can sit and work on your laptop. You can bring a book and enjoy some quiet reading time as well. If you feel too much solitude, you and your dog can venture by the horses who will most likely be curiously watching your dogs playing. There is a pond for the dogs to swim and a shelter for shade along with table and chairs. There is a wooded area with a trail that goes around it along with wide open spaces for running and playing. The neighbors do have dogs and they share a fence line so there could be some fence running activity. It would be best if you maintain control of your dogs if the neighbors dogs are out.
