Farm animals will be in their pens upon arrival and you're more then welcome to go say hi. Water is available and a hose on both sides of the house in case you need to rinse them off after their fun filled day. I do dog grooming and can offer pet sitting if you're visiting the area or going on vacation for an upcharge. The price depends on breed and services.

Hi there I'm Courtnee and I'm a Veterinary Technician. I don't have any doggos of my own using this beautiful fenced in back yard, so I'd love to share! I do petsitting as well so there may be a pup or two here occasionally but I have separate fencing areas, if needed. I have plenty of water bowls and tennis balls to go around!

Approximately 1/2 acre area, partially fenced, with short grass and 17 slash pine trees. All natural, pesticide and herbicide free grassland on a quiet dirt road with a parking area, covered porch with seating and hand sanitizer provided. Guest must have bag and clean up their dog’s poop. Thank you for your consideration.

If your dog is human reactive please contact us before booking as on weekends mornings and M-F after 5 there might be people on the property (there are never people at the sniff spot, but sniff spot is part of 26 acres property and there might be people at the other parts of the property). Please keep in mind, there is a resident dog on site, Labrador Big Max, therefore it is crucial that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment, so Big Max is inside and does not come to greet you. There is lots of space to park, please don’t drive on the lawn, it is a short walk from parking to the spot entrance. Thank you for understanding. As a dog trainer I always encourage my clients to socialize their dogs away from dog parks, in dog parks people get distracted with other people and they, sometimes, don't pay attention to their dogs, on top on that, dog parks don't get the attention and care that they need, and end up being a perfect place to pick up a desease or allergy. This is why I LOVE being able to provide a safe space for you to have fun with your four legged baby, where they can play safely and you can relax knowing they are not gonna get in any trouble.

Our backyard is nestled in a small, quiet, and dog friendly neighborhood. A bowl of water for the pups, sun screen, and pet safe mosquito repellent will be provided. Please bring your own towels if you plan on using the pool. You are more than welcome to adjust the umbrella and outdoor seating so that you stay under the shade. In the event some of these items are not provided it's due to my husband and I most likely not being home and not having enough time to set up. I do apologize in advanced but I do hope you also provide your own amenities just in case. :) PARKING - In picture 2 is where you will park where the red rectangle is. Directly in front of the house, tires flush against the grass but not on the grass. Please use the gate on the left side if you are facing the house. The Sniffspot sign will be posted. POOL - Our pool is chlorinated and maintained weekly. The shallow end is 3 ft and the deep end is 7 ft. It is not heated. There is a hose near the patio for you to bathe your pup after the pool if you wish. Please provide your own shampoo. Humans are more than welcome to enjoy the pool as well! :) THURSDAYS - Our pool maintenance man comes on Thursdays between the hours of 10am-12pm so please do not book during this window. FLORIDA HEAT - Please be mindful of the temperature. Read this article from the AKC to familiarize yourself with a heat stroke in dogs and what to look for. https://www.akc.org/expert-advice/health/heatstroke-in-dogs/ NIGHT - Bookings are open to take at night. It's dimly lit and no lighting on either side of the house so please take that into consideration. I suggest you bring your own flashlight or portable camping lantern. TRAINERS AND DOG WALKERS - My space is available to you as well! TRANSPERANCEY - For safety reasons there will be a camera facing the backyard :) NO DIGGING - Please do not allow your dogs to dig in the dirt area that boarders the pool or the yard. We are in process of patching up the dirt area. EMERGENCY - In case of an emergency and someone is home please do not hesitate to knock on the door! Help is not guaranteed but we will try to assist in anyway within legal limitations. Coral Springs Emergency Animal Hospital is also the closest clinic.

With a little over an acre of land there is plenty of space for dogs (and humans) to stretch their legs and burn some energy! Our land has trees for shade to hide from the hot sun, toys to play with and a kiddie pool can be filled upon request. Our spot is located on a dead end street, so it’s pretty quiet. Hello. Welcome😊 Use of yard, pool, fridge, TV and outdoor bathroom are included. Access to whatever dogs toys are outside and you can relax in all chairs/lounges. There is a mini pool as well as a mini splash pad that’s accessible for use. There is a small additional fee for the dog splash pad as that uses constant water from the hose. Sniffspot hours are 7am to 10pm so you can even book late. The hot tub is lovely especially for the evenings🧖‍♀️🛀🧘 Gate entrance will be at the east side of the home aka right side if you’re looking at the house. Gate will be unlocked at start time. There will be signs up to help direct. You can park in the driveway or along the street, no HOA so don’t have to worry about towing. Please clean up after your pet💩 and be mindful using the water hose. Any questions or concerns pls don’t hesitate to reach out directly. We do a 2 person to 1 dog ratio. Large open cleared backyard field. In the very back not much shade, but here are 2 very large trees closer to the back of the house that you pass on the way to the open field. Please only stay within the boundery of my yard despite no fence with my neighbors yard either. Which is to the left of the power pole. Please & thank u!

This is a fairly large or spacious fenced in yard with a screened in porch while you take a break and let your dog expend its energy. A tired dog is a happy dog! The yard is perfect for training, fetch, Or general play. It is full fenced in. The Neighborhood is highly dog friendly. So fee feel to take them for a walk after or stop in for some play time after a walk. We have a friendly dog. So if you're looking to introduce your puppy to other dogs, we can help.
