Let your doggos run and play in a fully fenced, mature wooded setting right in the center of Indianapolis! The property is a certified wildlife habitat. As your pets play, enjoy birdwatching and sightings of cardinals, woodpeckers, blue jays, bluebirds, hummingbirds, finches, and more. Wildlife less present in winter. No pesticides or chemicals are used anywhere on the property. Grass is doggy-safe. Only organic cedar mulch with no dyes are present. A bat house installed at the back of the woods helps control mosquitos naturally in summer. There is some mud/dirt in the yard by the patio and near the entry gate as a result of getting a new concrete patio last fall. Please try to keep dogs out of the mud and out of the garden beds. Total lot size .67 acres; only the backyard is used for Sniffspot guests. Nearby traffic sounds are possible but not constantly present.

Guests may park in the horseshoe circle drive in front of the house (please don't block the driveway to the garage) and let themselves into the back yard using the wrought iron gate next to the garage and trash cans. We have chickens and dogs on the property that will be isolated from guests via separate fencing but cannot be seen once you enter the sniff spot. At Camp Annabelle, we offer three separate, fully fenced-in areas designed for your dog’s enjoyment and safety. The smaller yard features turf for easy play, while the two larger yards, each about a quarter of an acre, have grass and hay to help prevent muddy paws. All yards are enclosed by a privacy fence to ensure a calm and secure environment. We provide a variety of toys like balls, chuck-its, flirt poles, and tug toys to keep your dog entertained, along with training equipment such as place beds, long lines, FitPaws equipment, and targets for any training needs. A kiddie pool is available on warm days, and a hose is on-site for filling water bowls or the pool. Please remember to clean up after your dog—pooper scoopers and trash cans are provided. (Please request equipment when booking your spot.) For the humans, we offer WiFi, chairs, a trash can, and a fire pit in yard number 2 (with firewood and kindling available around the yard).
