Your dog will really enjoy our fully fenced open play area. We are in the heart of South KC but you would never know with all the woods and tall trees surrounding the property. Let your furry friend come see our city chickens and they may spot a wild animal or 2. Feel free to enjoy our private trail and woods as well. Our trail also connects to the city's park and Trolley Trail if you decide you want to take a longer walk after your off leash experience. Pet parents can enjoy a shaded seating area while your furry friend plays. We have toys and fresh water for drinks for your pup. Puppy pool if requested. More dog play accessories coming soon. *We ask that guests keep dogs out of the raised garden beds and off the upper deck. Please enjoy the rest of our beautiful space!

Bunnies luckily have escape routes, so if your pup likes to Sniff, this is your Spot! And of course, all the other pups scent also! Great spot for launching balls, while you relax on the patio. We're at the end of the Cul-de-sac. Still learning the ropes and enjoying meeting guests if I'm here! I have a kitty, but he has hiding spots, and guests rarely see him since he has escape routes. The neighbor to the south just signed up (chain link side) so you may see a pup there.

There are multiple seating areas for humans in both sunny and shady spots: a glider at the back of the yard by the pool, seating in the garden and ample seating on the large deck with another glider. Please feel free to utilize the deck. We do not enter the sunroom that is up against the deck when guests are here. Enjoy the hammock and saucer swing.

Turn down this beautiful, secluded, tree-lined drive and wind your way toward 36 acres of organic sniffing and running fields, rolling pastures, wooded acreage, spring-fed stream, saltwater pool (EXTRA CHARGE, not always available) and stocked pond. You’ll pass a historic two-story red barn built in 1890, blooming apple trees, bee hives, horse stable (with horse and sheep), and family house to this restored, historic 1890s main house. Beautiful native trees and a historic stone smokehouse. Sky-blue chicken coop and free ranging (fenced in) chickens. Look out the east for a beautiful view of the nearby stream. Additional viewable structures include a corn shed, two line sheds, outhouse and grain bins. The entrance to this unique property is secured with an electronic gate. Add the extra (if available) and fish at the stocked pond or swim in the 30ft saltwater pool! Lots to do and see/sniff for pups and owners. Pond swimming is always included in hourly rate. My husband and I bought this beautiful 23 acres with ambitions to have family friendly venue in the future with gardens and animals. But for now while we get all our ducks in a row we would love you to use it to spoil your dog for a running free experience. We have streams beds on both sides of the property, they are the property boundary to the east and north. The rock island trail runs on the south west corner section. Property has access to the trail. Its a beautiful place to have a walk ending with a picnic with your pets. The property isnt fenced in. So your dog must have recall, lease or electric collar for response. Perfect place to train hunting dogs. But please use your own decoys and leave our wild critters live. Very safe place to take your dog for exercise or training. Be kind and pick up after yourself and dogs. Might want to bring tick spray for both you and your dogs.
