55Our boys had the absolute best time here! Having a fully fenced area that leads right into the water gave us complete peace of mind while they ran, splashed, and explored. They were full-speed happy from the moment we arrived. Clean, secure, and beautiful—we will definitely be back!
55Tim was so friendly and has THE best property for dogs especially if they love water!! Fully fenced besides the break where you can park your car in front of easily. He was very flexible for times and even showed me and my mom around the property. I highly recommend for anyone who’s dog(s) needs a good romp and a nice lake to cool off in. Thank you again Tim for opening your beautiful property to us :))
55My dogs loved Tim's property. There is so much room to run, and then taking a dip in the pond to cool off was their favorite part. We will definitely be going back. The area is fully fenced and if it wasn't, my dogs would have found an escape, because they were looking. Very pleased with Tim and his property. I can't recommend them enough.
55About 45 minutes to an hour from Tallahassee but a nice, easy drive. I did get a little lost at the end but the host was very gracious about me being late and I don't think I'll have issues finding it in the future. There's a large open field that's perfect for running and a wooded trail around the lake. The only area the fence isn't secure is at the gate, but you could easily close the gap by parking your car in front if it. The trail around the lake has a second, interior gate and is fully fenced. You can hear other dogs but can't see them.

Bring your puppies to this beautiful fenced in 1 1/2 acres on a private lake. They can romp around for a while, then take a swim to cool off. There's plenty of sun or shade, whatever the weather calls for. You can even pull your vehicle right into the fenced in area so you can just open the door and let them out, without having to leash them. Set up a chair or a blanket and enjoy the serene, peaceful setting overlooking the private 5 acre spring feed lake.

This is a beautiful piece of South Georgia property with rolling hills and lots of woods, a pond and a creek. Approximately 30 acres is mowed, the other 12 acres are wild spaces for the wildlife. I DO NOT recommend letting your dog's swim in the pond. There are deer, turkey, fox, fox squirrel, armadillo, opossum, racoon, eagles, hawks owls and cattle herons. There are trails as well for walking. Please bear in mind this is a rural setting and as such there are snakes on the property so just be mindful of your surroundings. I hope you enjoy the property as much as I do. I have two chocolate labs that love the place. They are in a few of the photos I have posted.
