Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this spot provides a safe, distraction-free environment — perfect for dogs who enjoy room to roam without the worry of nearby pets or children. While you may hear the occasional laughter of children from across the field or distant animal sounds from nearby properties, there are no immediate young children and no neighboring dogs, making this space ideal for pups who need a calm and controlled environment. Behind the home, a beautiful open field adds scenic charm and an extra touch of privacy — a perfect backdrop for peaceful play sessions or a relaxing sit while your dog explores. We’re a reactive-dog household ourselves, and we understand how important it is to have a safe, low-stress space for dogs who need a little extra understanding. Our own rescue dog is kept securely inside during all bookings to ensure a quiet, stress-free experience for your visit. Amenities include: * Full 4ft chain link fence around the yard * Access to a hose for water, rinsing paws, or cooling down * A cozy firepit area with chairs for you to relax while your pup plays * Access to dog bags and hand sanitizer Unfortunately due to a work from home lifestyle, we are not able to offer our bathroom during working hours. However if you have special needs please reach out and we will be as accommodating as possible. Whether your pup loves to zoom, sniff, or simply soak up the sun, this quiet, clean yard is a safe and serene haven to enjoy some off-leash freedom.

5/9/26 Trail Conditions Report: The pond looks beautiful! It is full and the bubbler is in. The film on the surface of the pond is pollen (nothing else), The trails are freshly groomed. The mix of wood and chain-link fencing offers security, with an optional gate chain for added peace of mind. A covered, lighted seating area lets you relax in comfort, and a bright floodlight keeps the yard usable even in the dark. With trees, privacy, and plenty of sniffs (rabbits, birds, chipmunks, and the occasional possum), this space is a cozy, secure retreat for dogs of all play styles. Amenities are available in a plastic container under the covered porch. A water spigot is available off the house between the deck and the chain link fence to fill up the water bowl.
