Description

Fully fenced in big back yard private. I have no other animals. Dog toys, treats, bags and water provided! There is water access and will provide a bowl(s) for drinking that will be washed after each use. Street parking in front of house available. Please be sure to check that gates are all closed and latched before letting your dog off the leash! There are two side gates and one back gate. The one to right of house when looking at front is where you will enter. Water spigot on same side. Extras you see with photos

Please just leave the yard as you found it and pick up their waste! Trash can available in front of my garage door our front. I have bags, treats, toys and water bowls! 3 gates, one on each side of house, one at back of yard. The one on right side of house when facing it is where you will enter. Just please make sure they are all closed before letting dogs off leash. I do my best to keep closed when I’m home before I leave for the day.

We don’t want a stray hunting dog to interfere with someone’s Sniffspot time. So we made the decision to close for 2 months. We’re sorry, it was a tough decision, but think it’s best. We promise - We’ll reopen in December 2025. Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road.
