Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Welcome to Ghent on the Corner! Enjoy our 2,500 sq ft corner lot with a 4 ft white vinyl picket fence. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Enjoy shaded seating underneath our gazebo. Spray your dog with our hose or throw a ball around with your pup. My partner Abel Cortez and I host this spot, but you will not interact with us or our dogs when visiting. Our backyard is about 1/4 acre fenced in with a gate that you can drive through in the event that you don’t want to leash up your dog to walk them into the backyard. We have a total of 3.5 acres with a path through the woods if you want a mini nature walk. The barn is accessible within the fenced area and we have a covered porch off the back of the house. There’s plenty of shade under the mature trees and chairs can be set out by request. The yard is treated 2x per year with non toxic, human and dog safe diatomaceous earth to deter fleas and ticks. Resident dog waste cleaned up regularly. Resident dogs up to date on all vaccinations. Ask me about pet sitting services!
