No Outside Food or Treats: Avoid bringing in any food or treats to reduce the risk of triggering other pets’ allergies or guarding behavior. Close All Gates: Make sure all gates are securely closed behind you. This helps ensure safety for all pets. Cleanup is Essential: Pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in designated bins. Let’s keep the spot clean and pleasant! No Digging: Help us preserve the area by preventing dogs from digging. If any digging happens, kindly fill in the hole. No Leash Outside the Area: Leash your dog until you’re safely inside the designated play area, especially if other dogs are nearby. Respect Time Limits: Please leave promptly at the end of your scheduled time so the next guests can enjoy their visit on time. Supervision Required: Keep a close eye on your pet at all times to ensure safe play. Report Any Issues: If anything seems broken, damaged, or out of place, let us know so we can take care of it! Be Weather-Wise: In extreme heat or cold, monitor your pet for comfort and health. We want all visits to be safe and enjoyable.

Now offering more extras to enhance your visits! **Please keep in mind for everyone’s safety, we share two fence lines with neighboring dogs. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! Above all, it is a safe and secure place for your beloved dogs. Newly added pergola, furniture and fire pit. Come and stay a while! The deck and pergola will be lit up for your evening visits We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. HOURS: out of respect for our neighbors, we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6:30 am.
